Yes you need to wait for January to qualify for express entry. Bear in mind it is a different program with different requirements.

Express entry begins in January 2015. So if you want to apply under express entry you should wait until then. But you can apply NOW if you qualify under the current FSW selection criteria.

Application received date : 22-05-14

Guys some help needed...

During this time i was blessed with a baby.
I want to include him in the application. The mail asks to inform the visa office of any changes in the application but havn't provided any id.

1.) Should i reply to the PER mail or to NDVO (mail id needed) ?
2.) I changed my address and wife's surname also during this time. Will this affect/delay/cancel the application process ?
3.) or Should I wait for MR request to give above details ?

You can transfer all your fund into a single account with your name only...take the balance certificate from the bank and send it.

I do not have a single account and do not want to create an account now and risk raising CIC suspicions on the huge transfer.

CC payment Not recommended even with an International bank.

what if the card is damaged and requires a replacement ?
What if the credit limit is changed overnight by bank ?
What if the bank makes changes in their policy ?

too many If's !!!! risk not worth taking. !!!

Yes CanOl, you are right that CC is not safe then DD.
But there many Benefits to pay with CC then DD.

Advantages:
1) Once payment get charge, it will be reflect in email and message immediately.
2) Amount will only be deducted only when payment charged, not have to spend cash in advance.
3) No DD making charges.
3) No Tension of Validity like in DD and No tension of fluctuating Dollar value.

Disadvantage:
1) Always take care of CC until it get charged, if lost or damage then it will be a problem.
2) If CC will not work at the time of charging (very rare chances if given details are correct).


So benefits are more then disadvantages if you take care of your CC till payment get charged.

If there is a problem and CC needs to be used then how the forum seniors can help in deciding which one to use.. And my comment was for humor only...
By the way can you suggest which card he should use if he has 10 Credit cards from 10 banks... The answer was as per the question... Here no one is Grade 1 student... All are graduate or post graduate.. So silly questions should be answered in silly form only... Other answers had already been given that use DD.. If not then CC..and keep CC in safe place.. increase the limit of CC and so on..why to ask the same question again and again..

About real query of which credit card: use American Express or standard chartered if u have and you just wanna pay by credit card .
( sometimes I wonder how people manage to show savings in bank accounts if they can't use 70-80 k dd from same account . There is no rule mentioned anywhere ,which states you can't make dd from same account which you are mentioning in POF for cic.)

Congrats on the baby. YOu should notify the NDVO with the updates. Along with what you have listed, you should submit updated forms, baby's passport copy, birth certificate and updated POF if the original POF wasn't enough to cover the baby, and additional application fee for the baby.

You don't need to wait for MR. If NDVO provided AOR, that would be when you should submit these but since NDVO hasn't been prividing AOR recently you should go ahead with the updates. I don't know the address of NDVO, may be you can find that out from someone else.
