1, I would like to know if it is possible to pay additional and avoid depositing passport since i cannot get passport for more than one day :'( , or I need to give lot of explanation for passport withdrawal .
2, Regarding The Provence , Should I mention to Visa office that I want to change Provence of initial landing to Toronto and not Haliflex which was initially mentioned.

You can expedite the process however I am not too sure abt it by paying extra ...passport deposit is a must...

My advice, hold on till you get your PR , Land in Halifax and then change your status and update CIC that you moved to another province...

I dont think they should reject... atleast you must have written FULLTIME EMPLOYEE

thanx for your feedback .. But it is just a simple letter. Which does not mention fulltime as in india there are no part time jobs

CIC processed 534 applications in the first week, 470 in the second week, 469 in the third and 403 in the 4th .... Seems like CIC is slowing down ... we could account for a drop in the 4th week in the set above due to one less working day but there is nothing to show that they are picking up pace ..... COme on people. ... get your act together .... !!

As the days progress, the other load, to revert and advise on the "return / reject" letter for the returns also goes up !. So as of now they are very consistent. I agree, they need to move to 800 applications per week till June middle to catch up with the inflow.

By default, International DD are made for 6 month validity, unless you give a specific request for 3 months! Please confirm, is the "3 month validity" is printed on the dd ? You have done perfectly fine.

At the time of getting the DD the bank personal told the validity would be 6 months but today I went to the bank and asked them they say that the DD would be valid for 3 months only, Whether in local currency or in $. :'( :'( :'(

Sure. You can even write same month. I can leave a company on 15 jan and join another on 16th Jan.

Guys, in a horrible situation ??? ???, Had issued DD from ICICI bank, India, The validity for that is 3 months. Initially had inquired about it they said 6 months. The DD validity is till 11th sept according to 3 months. My app reached on 18th june. What should I do? send another DD? Also, I have given my CC details also and it has the limit of 70000 INR, Approx 1250 CAD. Will the CIC charge all money from CC if the DD doesn't work??

How did you come to know it is three months validity...is it printed ? One can request for a 3 month valid DD, or a dated valid DD. If not the case, irrespective of what the bank says, International Currency DDs are 6 months valid.
Regarding CC, if you have authorized them for an amount, upto that alone they will charge.

I have submitted my application for immigration to Canada on Sept 1, 2014. Can any one advise me on the process that in how much time can i expect them to charge the fee from my credit card? I have mentioned my credit credit details in the form and now i have received a new chip card from the issuing bank, instructing that the old card will be valid for 2 months only and then i cannot use the card. I will have to use the new chip card.

No worries..you are safe. Email to the Bank Customer Support. The managers at the branch are just sales guys, and cannot do anything, other than reporting. Safe to address your mail to the customer support, and ask them to extend by 3 months. They may charge some nominal fee for this facility.
