yes Two or more Canadian post-secondary degrees or diplomas - he's first degree has been evaluated as canadian bachelors for 4 years and another as bachelors of 3 years

His CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY states Bachelor's degree (Four years). It does NOT state "Two or more Canadian post-secondary degrees or diplomas".

His Credential Analysis segment mentions the 2 Credential Evaluations (which were evaluated for ECA).

Points are awarded based on the CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY and NOT the Credential Analysis segment.

That will be fine. Declare the anomaly in the affidavit as well.
Hi Nishesh,

Thanks for your valuable input. But I couldnt quite make that "Declare the anomaly in the affidavit as well". Do u mean to say that I should mention the parents name in the affidavit the same way as it is in SSC? or should I declare in the affidavit that the VP stands for Valiyaparambil?
In fact I am planning to prepare a separate affidavit for the slight spelling error in my Graduation certificate and also for this VP part. Pls advice

Brother, i think 23rd May just started charging while 22nd May are still working. For PER's, i think 16th or 17th are currently running.

Hope this helps. For exact info, there is a spreadsheet maintained which you can check :)

You can add the following in the affidavit: "My Father's Full name is firstname lastname which has been mentioned in the School Certificate using the Initials of his Last Name as firstname initials."

Thanks Maverick-14 & all others;

The nimrods at DHL had given me a third part reference number which was something like NET123456, and when I had asked them which was the third party they had no clue and someone even suggested that was NET; so I had googled 'NET Courier Canada' which gave me a positive result of Net Parcels. I assumed that it was the third party and was following up on their website and with their customer care. Of course NO LUCK!

Thanks to Maverick's post where he mentioned Loomis Express, actually it was Loomis Express. So checked their website and tracked the NET123456 and YEEEHAAAAW! It says that it has been delivered on 4th Sept. to the very famous Mr. Dan.

Of course DHL has no clue about it; I have raised a complaint and I'll follow it through to the details. Of course I want to be sure.

But I want to appreciate the forum, the person of started it (ashif_eee), and most of all the people who are give it life by providing a sea of valuable information.

I guess I am going to have a rather relaxed weekend after all. Thanks guys.

Hi,
I'm somewhere in the middle of the same process. I sent by DHL and it's supposed to have reached on 5th Sept, but the proof delivery is blank. The Indian help says they can't provide me with a scanned copy of the receiver's signature. I have raised a complaint as well and asked for any Loomis details. But I was wondering if there was any particular person or email address at DHL you contacted?

Thanks

P.S. - Does anyone know of any way we can confirm that our individual packages have reached CIC? (Only applicable to DHL deliveries.) I assume that Loomis Express shows DHL as their customer since DHL must be clubbing a number of parcels together and then sending it via Loomis Express. Am I wrong in my thinking? ::)

Would it be possible for any of you guys who have received your tracking ID's from Loomis to compare them with each other. :-\

Lol i was quoting criteria for getting 22 points I know his canadian equivalency states 4 years bachelors degree and another bachelors has canadian equivalency of 3 years.

if his credentials have been evaluated as 2 DIFFERENT bachelors degree of 3 or more years then he will get 22 points

Hi Century / Oscar

I am applying for 0121 noc code and having continuous 4 years of experience into it.

I received my WES report last Saturday and I am preparing my application to be sent this week. I have a few questions on the application -

1. Is there any place where we have to explicitly show our points calculation or do we just have to fill Schedule 3 and CIC will do the calculation themselves? Obviously, I have done the calculation and I qualify that is why I am applying :) but I don't see where to put it.

2. In Schedule 3, what answer should I put for - is your spouse proficient in English, provide evidence. The answer is yes, but there is no evidence as he has not taken IELTS and we are not claiming points for that. I think marking yes and providing a cover letter should be good enough. Suggestions?

3. For people applying from UAE, which is the best courier service. There is no UPS or Fedex here and everyone is against DHL!!

4. In generic form, what should be the response for 4.Immigration Office requested for processing the application? I believe this is where we pick the VO. This is not a mandatory field so I am just thinking if I should select between LVO or NDVO or just leave it blank. Suggestions?

Thank you and good luck for the entire process.

1. No compulsion to show working for points. However, no harm in doing so.
2. Pls mention no as you do no have IELTS evidence.
3. DHL IS GOOD. USE THEIR SERVICE.
4. You can choose a VO nearest to you.

Be on the safer side and calculate 21. If CIC evaluates as 22 then its "Cream" but if not you'll still lose nothing.

Hi Guys!

NOC: 1112
App Recvd Date: 21st May 2014
CC Charged : No

I had applied in 2013 and the because CAP was reached the application returned. I also got a UCI number with it.
While filling up the form this time I didnt mention the UCI number.

Now my question is I am trying to track my Application for 2014 using the OLD UCI and the page returns:

"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:"

I am wondering why this is not showing even the status of the last application filled in 2013 and if OLD UCI gets associated with the new application the why it is showing the above thing?

Please help!

thanks!

That will certainly sooth your nerve. ;D ;D

+1 for self-soothing initiation taking.

Well there is no "if" here. He has already received his ECA Report and he has clearly mentioned in his post that the Canadian Equivalency Summary that he has been awarded by WES is "Bachelor's Degree (Four Years)" which means he gets 21 points.
