Dear friends,

I dont have a birth certificate. I am planning to submit a notarized affidavit with School certificate,passport and voters card as supporting documents.
Can some one give a rough idea about how the heading and content of the affidavit should read like?

The difference between 2013 and 2014 form is wholesale and retail changes. For any wholesale changes, there was 100% rejection (you can say wholesale rejection). For retail changes, no rejection.

Did you heard anybody rejected due to change of Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] (PDF, 570 KB) on September 2013?

Send the updated forms with cover letter to the same address.

Hi Century, I found an old link in CIC site, where it seems they have a larger buffer period in cases of form changes. Hope this is applicable this time also

For someone who has worked at the same place in different positions do we need 2 job reference letters or just 1 with change in position

I have worked part time at a store while i was in college and then after graduation worked at the same store as a supervisor. I've asked the store manager for 2 letters one for part time role and another for full time with date of employment and number of hours worked in a week

is this fine or should I have this on one single letter

you can mention roles/responsibilities on the same letter.
date from - to = Fulltime/supervisor - - roles/responsibilities
date from - to = Parttime - roles/responsibilities
make sure current one goes first...

URGENT ADVISE REQUIRED..

I have applied this year for FSW in NOC : 1123- Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations

My current profile is as per below in Pharmaceutical company in Marketing Dept. as a Marketing Coordinator.

Do you think this matches with their requirement as I am confused for the same.

• Support the marketing team in developing & executing various integrated promotional communications &
campaigns including corporate events to achieve established annual and long term business objectives.
• Coordinate internally among the marketing team and the graphic design team to develop the marketing
deliverables such as visual aid, product - literatures, leaflets, teasers, cards etc.
• Assist in organizing various corporate events such as trade shows, exhibitions, CMEs, doctors' conference
etc. and accordingly coordinate with the travel desk for necessary tour arrangements & with the graphic
design team / vendors to develop promotional objects (i.e. exhibition stalls, display panels, banners,
posters, brochures, product samples etc.) and the same are delivered to be set up on time.
• Coordinate with the distribution department to ensure the availability of all the promotional materials i.e.
print & high value inputs, to the entire sales field force as per the schedule.
• Liaise with travel desk for organizing all travel and stay arrangements for all internal periodic meetings and

yes supervisor is applicable under different NOC 6211, should i include 2 letters one for part time and another for supervisory role which is under Noc skill type B

Hello All,

I am planning to apply under NOC 2171.
Little doubt on my JD.
I am a SAP Functional consultant worked on a different projects. Main duties i.e. consulting remains the same with few duty changes with each project. Now my que is sud I prepare different JD for different projects .
Also I have worked with several employers so sud I create one JD highlighting all the major duties or to create diff JD project wise/company wise ?

Found this quote from 2013 forum... and when i check irfanyusuf 's entry in the 2013 spreadsheet, he had received the PER last year....

Feel very sad to hear about Marta's application due to the tiny but unfortunately influential mistake of using older version of form. I never expected that she would break the news this way. I hope she would already have resubmitted the application by this time and be in the list again. My best wishes for you Marta for your goals with Canada immigration this year.

However Marta you are not alone. Just to share, today I have rechecked the forms that i sent with my application and to my worst shock I have used older version of generic form IMM 0008 (12-2012) E instead of IMM 0008 (04-2013) E. Though both forms have almost similar info but I think my application is also out and will be returned unattended. What a pity.

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014.

If yes, then its PER mail.
