That's not a major discrepancy for them, they'll reach out if at all they need anything. It is part-time employment, of a short duration, and that too not of PA but of dependent - though was included on tax file for PA. Don't lose sleep over it, you'll be fine!

I am facing some problem with filling up the additional family information form. They said to complete all names in English and in native language. But I cant write Bangla (my native language) in the pdf form. Some dots are showing instead of fonts. I tried several times. But results are the same. What should I do now?

except for the name in native language field, fill all other fields, take a printout of the form and fill the name in native language using pen.

Re: Submitting 2 applications under 2 NOCs - have some questions

Dear forum members,

I am an unsuccessful principal who applied under NOC 1112 Financial Analysts (my application was deemed incomplete due to a blank section and is now on its way back to me).

However, I have also worked under NOCs 1114 Other financial officers and 5125 Translators. After receiving my application package back, I would like to submit two applications in NOC 1114 and NOC 5125 (both are cold NOCs).

Could the seniors kindly advise me on the issue of what I should write in the field “Intended occupation” of my Generic Application form in each one of the two applications?

I have seen a wide-spread opinion on the forum that one should indicate his/her primary NOC (under which he/she is applying) as his/her intended occupation in Canada. However, if I indicate intended occupation 1114 in the application under primary NOC 1114 and intended occupation 5125 in the application under primary NOC 5125, won't it be considered as mis-presentation?

Also, according to NOC 2011 classification, to be able to work under occupation 5125 Translators in Canada one has to comply with Employment requirements which include either a university degree in translation or five years of experience. I have neither of the two. Therefore, I am not sure if I can indicate 5125 Translators as my intended occupation in Canada at all (as I realise I will not be able to work under that occupation in Canada due to not complying with employment requirements)?

Finally, in my rejected application I indicated my current occupation as 1112 Financial Analysts. However, it might also qualify as 1114 Other financial officers as I am performing a really wide spectrum of duties at my workplace. The question is, is it possible to mention my current occupation as 1114 Other financial officers in my new applications or will it be considered to be mis-presentation?

just to let you know:
with so many new entries in the spreadsheet, adding/updating an entry has been becoming more and more sluggish recently. So a new optimization has been done: adding/updating entries is now several times faster, and it does not cause slowdowns for current viewers of the spreadsheet anymore
It also improves spreadsheet loading speed and indirectly improves reliability.

Internally, some fairly substantial changes have been done for this, but on the outside everything looks the same.

Where is the cover letter for PCC request on FBI website http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/identity-history-summary-checks ?

CIC Police Certificate procedure for united states says:
"You should:
get a cover letter and fingerprint card from the FBI. You can download these from the FBI website or write to the address below and have them mailed to you.
have fingerprints taken. You can have this done by:
a local police department or
a private fingerprinting business."

Further, according to FBI PCC request checklist, following should be sent.

Please don't spread misinformation and cause confusion. This has been discussed extensively in this forum and elsewhere. You [size=10pt][size=10pt]will get points[/size] for all experiences in NOC O, A, or B in the past 10 years regardless of whether its's in the list or not (as long as all the supporting documents are provided).[/size]

within the last 10 years,
at skill type 0, or skill levels A or B of the 2011 edition of the Canadian National Occupational Classification (NOC), and who are:
in one of the 50 eligible occupations, and whose application is received under the occupation’s sub-cap and overall FSW cap, or
with a valid offer of arranged employment, or
who are applying under the PhD stream (see below) until the PhD cap of 500 applications is reached.
All applicants must also:

meet the minimum language threshold (and submit approved language test results), and
submit a Canadian educational credential or foreign credential and an assessment of their foreign education from an approved agency, and
meet all requirements of the FSW Program.

Pankaj I think you didn't read my post or read it in a haste to reply, I do have experience in NOC 1111 which is an eligible noc I wanted to confirm if I will get points for my job experience in other noc which are not part of the 50 eligible under fsw but are part of NOC skill type O A or B as per NOC 2011
