My Friend got PER but his status is still not available using the UCI number wht should he do.

He should do "laxmi puja" , beside normal day to day routine .. Please tell him don't miss breakfast, lunch should be before 2 noon and in dinner if possible intake of green vegetables should be more.

I mean to say my file has been recieved on 14th may but still not get charged

So can u tell me why this can happen ant idea

This I have no clue. The only think I can tell you is that the Spread Sheet has tons of people who applied on 14th May and who have got PER. I myself applied two days before you on May 12th and got my PER on Aug 19th. I was charged on July 23rd.

Are you sure that you put the correct email address in your application? Also do you know your UCI (i.e. if you have applied before)

Hi guys,

People who got PERs could you confirm if it is received within CIC work timings or after that...

I remember reading somewhere in forum about people receiving PER even after CIC closure and during weekends..

I got my PER email on Tuesday Aug 19th, at 1:46 PM US Central Time (I'm guessing 2:46 PM in Sydney NS). So that's office hours as far as I know.

Dear Friends,

If my wife is currently pursuing a degree, I hope that I can give that as a reason for not accompanying??
Besides, if she is not accompanying I hope there may not be any issues in getting her visa stamped along with the other procedures?
Also, Once the visa is stamped, what is the maximum time within which we should land there?

I am not sure about your first two questions, however while I don't have a source, I think I have some idea about the third.

At some point in the process you have to do the Medical. As long as your passport is not going to expire soon, your visa would be limited to one year from your medical - no matter when it was issued. If it is not issued within one year of the Medical you would be required to do the Medical again. That's all I know. You can figure out the maximum time from that.

You are right, i also recall such posts where people claimed to have received PER on Saturday, my hunch is that its an automated email once CIC approves candidates for PER, all those who are lined up to get PER receive it.

Hi All,

To my bad many things going wrong one of them is below regarding the POF.

I have a letter from bank and I have also submitted bank statement but all the amount was transferred from my mother and sister's joint account in one day( My sister is already a pr holder of canada)

So please help me will it cause any issue.

I think this would be a problem. However if you have already submitted your application there is not much you can do. Let's hope it goes well. If other aspects of your application are OK, I don't think they would reject you outright i.e. I am sure they would give you an opportunity to explain.

By the grace of Ma, Pa, Manju, Dhanu, Allah/Krishna/ ..

I have got MEDICAL REQUEST mail from email id--DELHIIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca on 4 September.

In addition to that, My ECAS is also updated as below.

Line1:
We received your application for permanent residence on May 7, 2014.

Line 2:
We started processing your application on September 2, 2014.

Should be ok as far as fathers name is clearly mentioned in the 10th Certificate.
Any which ways, get an affidavit declaring your DOB and your parents names. This will suffice along with the 10th Certificate.
