please move little faster since May applicants are still waiting and really don't know what about June July August September?????

Highest Nos. of apps. received till date as per SS,

@ NDVO i.e. 1020 | PER 196
it seems we INDIANS will be top on the list of immigrants,
especially Gujjus, Punjabi, Andhra, Mallus etc...

1. My visa office is new delhi, but i don't live in India. SO can i get the medical tests done in the country i live in.

2. Is there a call centre or any email address where i can get help from regarding my queries. I need to speak or write to them as They are expecting me to send a police certificate from India and the country i now reside in. To get it from India it requires 6 weeks and they have given me a deadline of 5 weeks to submit all the things.

3. I need to update my new passport number to them and change in address too. Any idea about how to do this or any link?

Initiating application process after DD Validity..???

As My application was received on July 2, 2014.

The DD was issued on June 24, 2014 and will be valid for 6 months.

What if my application gets into process after the validity of this DD...???

As this should not be considered my fault as no bank issue the DD having a
validity of more than 6 months..!!

Please guide...!!!

CHINTA NA KARO ;D
CIC knows that the DD valids for 6 months, before its sure the decision will be taken.
So dont worry at all with the DD validity

hi

whenever someone from may applicants asks WHEN will he receive his PER various members answer that it will take 100 days !

do you expect this number to be the same or double later on ???

could the seniors who applied before tell us what they think ?

for example my application was received on 14th of july , doese this means i may get my PER ( hopefully ) after 3-4 months or it maybe next year !

NO way,
dont calculate on this basis,
CIC has a system, 1000s of apps to check, they know that TIME is important for all,
so as our time. Its general interpretation that approx. it comes around 100 days, +/- 3/4 days are expected, but not next year at all...

My application reached CIC office at May 16th 2014.

Today Sep 5th I got the PER email. :)

Next step, I need to apply for the PCC from India as well as I need PCC from USA FBI.

Can anyone help me out how to get the FBI police clearance certificate from hyderabad.

but are you sure ? what do you mean by the number 1000 ? will cic mantian this 3 months time period to process our applications ? i really have a bad experience with cic as a pre 2008 applicant :(

in google and got PSK links for all cities stating who all are eligible as Walkin's in that PSK's and what are the timings for walkin candidates.

Got below for delhi
"W.e.f. 9th January, 2014 applicants for PCC ( Police Clearence Certificate) are allowed as "Walk-in Applicants" only at Herald House, Shalimar Place and Gurgaon PSK. Applicants need to register Online, fill in the online application form and generate Application Reference Number (ARN) at least one day in advance before visiting any of the three PSK. Such applicants may visit the PSK with required set of documents and a copy of printed ARN sheet between 09.30 AM and 11.30 AM."

This for Ghaziabad :
Categories of Applicants allowed as “Walk-In with ARN”

With effect from 01.09.2014, only following categories of applicants are allowed as “Walk-in Applicants”. Applicants falling under these categories need to register online, fill/submit application form online and generate Application Reference Number (ARN) at least one day in advance before visiting the PSK. Such applicants may visit the PSK with required set of documents and a copy of printed ARN sheet from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM only. Applicants will be accommodated in limited number as per the serving capacity and on first come first serve basis.

I am unable to post link for above and get this error "Sorry, you are not allowed to post links" . Not sure what this means. Joined the forum just today ;D

Try searching with above search string on google and u'll get PSK links for all cities.
 
from the NDVO i got the MR request but i received the AOR earlier from some cic address.

Didn't bother to check where it was from.
