Please enlighten if my understanding is right re getting additional 4 points for language - FRENCH.

Speaking - at least a score of 226 or A2 level
Listening - at least a score of 181 or A1level
Reading - at least a score of 151 or A1 level
Writing - at least a score of 226 0r A2 level

Will be sitting the exam 2nd week of October.

Please help.

Hello All,

what does it mean in the Instruction Guide (IM EG7000):

Place the barcode page on top of your package. If you have more than one package, place a separate barcode page on each one.

I need to know whether to place the barcode pages on the top of document checklist also or place it where it is inside the form 1? Because the barcodes are already placed in the first document after document checklist. So what is the correct position of these barcodes in the application package?

Hi Forummate,

I was away travelling in vacation with friends and family for nearly half a month. When I am back I see 600+ pages added in the forum. Thats not surprising anyways ;D ;D

Did I miss any important update in the forum from NDVO or any other ???

App reached 8th May.... PER 14th August .... Any news near these dates from NDVO??

I see some medical and RPRF requests in the SS for 5th and 7th May medical and RPRF requests. But very less updates from NDVO.

My bank confirmed that as per RBI rule DD validity is for 3 months, it is mentioned in below link

If after 3 months if they are taking my application and the DD is invalid, they will intimate us right?
1. Is that a good idea to produce the DD again at that time?
2. Or they will reject my file because of this reason?
3. How it is going to effect my application

I wanted to ask sumthng. Is background verification for work experience done before giving PER (i.e. before transferring the file to local visa office) or after the file is received by local Visa office.
If they do it before providing PER then when will they do the work experience verification for my file ( received on 6th june) and how will dey do it .??

I am May 15th Applicant, may CC got charged last Aug 22,

I got UCI from FSW2013.

My ECAS is showing "We were not able to identify you"

Is this normal? I am getting worried.
