Brother Ashif, You said it, so of course that is right!!! :) On another note, does everyone get two emails from these different IDs or is it on a need basis? I didn't hear from delhi2173 about the second ID for example, so asking. Though may be I missed it or he missed saying, either of that. Not sure!!

PS - I believe form came for just one guy..not sure again!!

:P :P :P

Brother,

Usually its alws- two emails from two ID....:)

And alws forms come with separate email.....

It was happened for last yr too...I forgot to mention this on my last post....

I don't understand EPF. So no comment on this. But PF is 100% acceptable.

Surrender value of insurance is your settlement fund. Apart from the signed statement, provide the policy certificate.

Thanks. If I am showing EPF as settlement fund what else I have to show other than fund statement I got from online.
Also, in reply to my post You said Insurance policies (unit link plan) can be shown as proof of fund .I got the account statement of policy mentioning Fund Value and surrender value which may be different from fund value subject to market condition. Would it be enough for evidence for proof of fund?

Re: CAP Numbers based on CC Charge or PER!

Hello Fellow Forum Members,

I know that neither the CIC website nor any other source mentions that the Cap numbers published on the website are either based on CC charged or PER sent. My understanding is that the numbers should reflect approximate number of PERs sent. An applicant whose CC is charged qualifies to be under the Cap but does not guarantee a PER - an incomplete application may get their CC charged but not receive a PER. hence, I believe that the numbers are based on PERs sent.

Anybody else thinks the same?

P.S. I am a May 30th applicant for NOC 1112.

More or less; your understanding is correct.

;D L ;D O ;D L ;D

+1 for this.

Okay, and I take it this is MR form that you are talking about.

Hello Oscar,

Yes, that is true. From second Id you will get Medical Report form (IM1017E) for all family members with UCI and application number for each applicant.

If you will get only email form NDVO office, you can call visa office and ask them to issue MRF. However, it is also sent directly to the medical officer at DMP who are on CIC Panel. At that time, you need to collect first page of that form and sent back to Visa office as confirmation.

Thanks

EPF is Employee/Employer provident fund, similar to PF. All Private and Public sector companies, have to compulsorily give EPF to its employees and its governed by Govt. of India body. So its guaranteed, unencumbered money, tax free for continuous employment i think for 3 years, which you can withdraw on immigrating to a different country. So, this is 100% acceptable as proof for settlement funds.

First we need to understand why they asking proof of funds, CIC want you to take care of yourself and your family for at least first six months once you land to Canada. So think from that point of view that you need to bring that money to Canada.

Buddy, are you talking about the ECA report? If yes, did you apply for WES? Your question is not very clear, you need to be more specific. :-\
