Though this topic was discussed earlier few days back...im still unclear about the alternative docs required in place of a BC
The below are the documents requried as per my knowledge...can u please say if there are more?
1. 10th marks card with correct DOB and atleast one parent name
2. Transfer certificate with DOB and atleast one parent name
3. Affidavit from parents (can someone pleasseeee share the format...) and notarize it
4. Letter written by Primary applicant with reason for not providing BC (can someone pleassee share format for this too)

i mean they counted till which date applicants till now ?

1. "Alternatives to birth certificate are as follows in CIC's own words

We do accept Secondary school records that contain the following :

Applicant's Name
Date of Birth
Name of Parent/Parents

If you are not able to provide a Birth certificate with all 3 criteria, we require an affidavit stating all of this information or that a Birth certificate cannot be attained.

So 10th standard school certificate or an affidavit containing applicants name, date of birth and Parent/Parents name should be fine in lieu of a birth certificate. Also you must give reason in a cover letter why you were not able to provide birth certificate and that you are providing 10th standard school certificate / affidavit in lieu of birth certificate."

3. If you contact any notary public, they will readily supply the format to you. However, the following are for only reference purpose:

AFFIDAVIT​

We, Fathers Full name and Mothers full name " (Maiden Name) being duly sworn, hereby affirm and state:

1. We reside at "full address including country name".

2. "Father's First Last Name" was born in "City, State, Country," on "Day Month Year".

3. "Mother's First Last Name" was born in "City, State, Country," on "Day Month Year".

4. We have been married since "Day Month Year".

5. "Name of the person for whom this affidavit is being made" is our "son/daughter" who was born on "Day Month Year" in "City, State, Country".

So I do hereby solemnly affirm the foregoing are true and correct statements.

FOR ALL APPLICAT WHO APPLIED IN FIRST 10 DAYS OF JULY I HAVE MADE SMALL STUDY

IF YOU SEE THAT FROM 21ST MAY ON WARDS TO 10TH JULY ABOUT 830 APPLICATION RECEIVED ....

IF WE ASSUME THAT SS REPRESENT 25 % OF TOTAL APPLICATION THAN THERE MUST BE ABOUT 830*4 3320 APPLICATION

CIC IS CURRENTLY PROCESSING 450-500 PER WEEK

IN ANOTHER 6 OR 7 WEEKS MANY OF US WILL BE THROUGH...

Is there any special format for affidavit for submitting to CIC or like any normal affidavit done in India?And should I also indicate after marriage name under "Alias" column?

Can anyone of you please suggest me on my application and Caps.

I am an Techno Functional Oracle Apps consultant having 5years of exp.

I thought of applying for NOC- 2173 ( Caps- 218 as per CIC updates) But Can also apply for NOC 2171 ( Caps- 161 as per CIC updates ) .

Can you please suggest me for the CAPS. I will be applying by 18th-20th September,2014 as I am awaiting for my WES - ECA report.

Your suggestion would be highly appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

Hi friends and experts,
I have some doubts regarding issue of AOR and process starting at NDVO. CIO is considering initial applications on a first-come, first-served basis.Is this rule same in the case of NDVO ? or based on NOC ?

Some people applied after May 5th 2014 already got (NOC 2171,2173, 2174) AOR ,MR and started their processing as per Spread sheet.

Please share valuable experience.

Guys Please look at WES 's assessment of 3 years diploma in Nursing program.
The ECA report says;

Canadian Equivalence ....Three years of hospital study and training.
Specialty......Nursing.



What do you make out of this assessment report. Will it scale through CIC's requirement ?

im planning to s3nd my application tomorrow under noc 2171..
ive got some queries..
1.In the new updated fee payment form there is an additional question stating "definition of dependant s
uder aged 22 or older" ..
Do I need to fill this inspite of filling above question that is for dependants aged under 19 and spouse..
can I just write not applicabe for this?
im going with my spouse and 1 year old kid..
2.im an indian citizen staying in saudi arabia..
im planning to move to U.S next year january..so if chose new delhi as visa office then do I need to cometo
New delhi to submit my paasports for stamping and for how long do I need to stay there?
ive got london also as an option to choose but I heard its processing time is very slow..

Dear Ashif_eee and seniors,

My current passport has only 2 blank pages left on it and those would also get filled up next month because of my scheduled travel.

Please advise if I should obtain a new passport after my upcoming travels in October and also take PCC along with it. I am waiting for my PER this week; 15 May applicant, CC charged, ECAS status : In Process.
