Thanks for the quick reply. I sent the bank statement with a balance of $100K with history of 6 months with my application. The fund is in the form of money in my account at a Canadian bank. I intend to send an updated bank statement, but what would be the document for the source of fund?

You can provide latest statement + previously provided 6 months statements.
I believe you must have accumulated this xxxk$ amount over a period of time, and not piled it in a very short time, then you can provide to them an explanation about from where you're earning the money like salary statements, business earnings, etc depending upon your source of income.

You can check with Oscar, Ashif, Century, shah, and other seniors

My WES report says:
1. Crdential : Academic Transcript
Year : 2007
Awarded by: University of Mumbai
Inst Satus: Recognized
Admission Req: Secondary school graduation
Length of prog: 5 yrs
Specialization: Law
Canadian Equivalency : Three yrs of undergraduate study

2. Credential : Post graduate diploma
Year : 2008
Awarded: Xaviers inst of communication
Inst Status: Not Recognized
Admission Req: Bachelor Degree
Lenghth: One yr
Major: Journalism and Mass Communication
Canadian Equivalency : One yr of post secondary study at non recognize institute

My question is do they count my point as per the bachelor degree??? My application will be acceptable as my second degree mention min requirement of bachelor degree for journalism and mass communication???

Pls help me.....

dear seniors

it is a bit disappointing that i am 12may applicant and my DD was encashed 25th july as per confirmation from bank but till date no communication of any kind by cic....i am not finding any way out to contact as the help section of cic website is applicable after some sort of communication from cic....please suggest .....

There is a situation in the Filipino thread like yours. He just found out that there was a typographical error in the e-mail he put in the application form. The PER was sent through snail mail. If you are charged, I think you are already safe.

Payment Charged 23rd july CC
visa office : delhi
PER recieved : 2nd september 2014 11:57pm IST

Dear brother:

If possible, get the envelop back. You will get zero points as WES did not award any degree like bachelor/Master. "Study" means you studied it and did not complete it. No marks for incomplete education.

I would concur with that.. but then I think its all about creating a sustainable revenue generating business model for NOT FOR PROFIT org's like WES etc.

Surprising...!! Shouldn't it be valid for life time? Our education credentials remain same even after five years.. Some colleges status might change and also curriculum , but however that wouldn't change what we had studied..

Hello everyone,

I'm not going to send my application for another two months because I need to take the IELTS, but I would like to get my medical examination out of the way. Can I take my medical exam with one of the designated medical practitioners before I receive a request to do so from my local visa office or do I have to wait until I receive the request? I realize that the results are only valid for 12 months but I think if everything goes to plan I should receive a request by this time next year.

Thoughts?

You need to do medical when it is requested by VO, so wait till that time..
