Just doing some probable maths from the SS sheet. the total apps in month of June dipped by 60% as compared to month of May as per the SS sheet. Thus if we go by this logic, the rush of applications should gradually reduce as we move to June , July, August apps. I feel once they start sending out PER's of June month, we would be in a better position to predict the possibility of making the cap. Till then sit tight and hope for the best 8)

I have successfully applied for FSW2014 under Mechanical Engineering thanks to everyone help and this forum this is very valuable source of information ... I updated my application on the spreadsheet so that everyone can benefit by maintaining that information ... but some how it shows VO-Manila not london ? apart from that everything is fine if some one can change that

Dear - Until you get UCI number, they'll not be able to find the application. So they'll send the application back and trash the newly sent docs. This happened to few of my friends so I am pretty much sure on it. But since you mentioned, the issue in only with the additional family info form, you still have a chance but it will take time to determine. All the best.

Thanks Sherdills. I am leaning towards sending a second application with correction. What will happen if they don't return/reject the first app but continue processing it and then come across my second application later? Anyone in that situation? Mr. Oscar, other seniors, would you advise sending a second application package?

I was wondering if anyone can help with my below queries:

• Can a husband and wife apply separately (for 2 different categories), however at the same time? Of course each spouse would be accompanying the other. My husband falls under 1112 and I fall under 1123.
  
  Also, regarding the police report, would anyone know if there is a minimum period of residency (in any country) for which the police report is required? I've been told if less than 6 months in a stretch, it wouldn't be required, but want to confirm from reliable sources.

i am bit worried abt PCC from pakistan.(90% of people here says that its not required as i didnt lived in pakistan for over 6 months after 18th birthday.

some says it is required..im bit confused.i dont know any one in lahore to get PCC.if CIC forced me to produce PCC from pakistan.

Don't sweat on the PCC. Let this not stop you from sending your application because PCC is not essential initially. Once you get the PER, you can ask them if they need the PCC from Pakistan.

By the way, you seem to be out of Pakistan, so try to contact the Pakistani Embassy/Consulate for the PCC. They should do it.

Hello Experts
One of my friend is going to apply under 2173 between 25th to 30th September.

Do you people think there will be space for the applicant till then. Its really important.

Ask your friend to also look for job duties in other NOC's except 2173 and 2174. If his duties fit atleast 60%, go for those NOC's.
Also once June apps recieve PER, you should have a better prediction when 2173 may get filled up. Meanwhile let your friend continue gathering docs and be ready. Good Luck!!

Hi I am planning to apply in NOC 2133 Electrical and Electronics Engineers by the mid of November. Do you guys think the cap will last till then ? Awaiting your kind replies.
