Just one question...I am currently in Canada on Work Permit and will be applying for PR under CEC (Canadian Experience Class) within a week or two.

I heard we can also apply for FSW. It means that we can apply two files at same time. One for CEC and other for FSW.

Is FSW processing time faster for people who are currently in Canada or are they same??

H1B is a work visa and valid only for 1 particular employer. It takes 10 years at the current scenario to become a PR in US and there r huge restrictions on H1B and it is not underutilized quota, I do not want to start a argument on this as you seem to be naive about the whole h1B & PR. If you want to see how difficult and what problems people face, go to forums like Redbus2US.
Canadian PR is an equal opportunity for every person and everybody who is on H1B has earned with.

Hello,

Need help from the seniors on one of the topics related to BC.

My app was received around 6 weeks back and I had included my 10th docs & a copy of my BC(on which my name was missing however had my parents info and other related details like address, hospital name etc.)

Now I have actually managed to get hold of a revised BC which includes my name in addition to the other details that were already mentioned. I read a while back that some of the applicants had emailed some of the additional info/docs to be attached to their files, if it is actually poss can you pls provide me with that email address including the other details that I should mention.

Your help on this will be highly appreciated! Good luck to everyone as we wait for the positive news! God bless

10th class docs is acceptable with the name, DOB and parents name.....So u may not to worry for this ...

Although if u want to send then below is the required info:

email them to below ID :

Consider the above without space.

Please include below info on the email body:

Put ur Passport Number
Put ur Date of Birth

So far- what I have observed- Both have the same processing time for CPC-O...Both of them are having less processing time....

Now its up to u ...:)

hello friends,

i am a 9th may applicant, with NDVO

and of opportunity i am changing my job soon, (may be after 1 month)
for that i have to shift to other country which Visa Office is Singapore,

I have two questions,
1. Should i have to inform now the NDVO for change of address. (I have not received any email from NDVO for the start of my application process yet.)
2. If they accept my new address are they going to transfer my file to Singapore VO.(some says that transferring file to new VO will delay the processing)
3. If the new address does not affect the change of VO, can i send the Pass Port from the new country itself without affecting the processing.

I am hopping that someone can help me out regarding RPRF. I have received RPRF and Medical request few days ago . My visa office is Manila and I live in Japan.I know how much money I have to pay which is 46550 yen.However I am confused about how to pay it.They provided me a link from where I got following information:


Payment Instructions - Japan

Payment may be made at any bank in Japan using only the Inter bank remittance system, in yen only.

The Visa Section's account details are:

Beneficiary bank: Citibank Japan Ltd
Branch: Head Office (Honten)
Account type: Savings (Futsu)
Account name: CANADIAN EMBASSY
Account number: 7227084

Enter the full name of the principal applicant as the payee. If you do not have a phone number in Japan, enter the Embassy's phone number where required: (03) 5412-6200. Please note that you are responsible for the payment of any service charge levied by the bank. You must transfer the exact amount stated in the fee schedule (do not use any other exchange rate, do not add any other fee).

The payment of visa fees at a bank must be made before you submit your application. You must include the original remittance receipt with your application. The following forms of payment are not accepted: Internet banking, cheque, postal money order, cash, credit card, etc. Applications with incorrect forms of payment will be returned unprocessed.

You may also pay by bank draft drawn against any Canadian bank, made out to the Receiver General for Canada.

My question is:

Q1: So I can send money only by inter bank remittance system or direct money transfer? Do I have to make money transfer to this following account? To whom It should be payable to? "Canadian Embassy, Manila"?

My application for NOC2173 reached CIC on 25th August, I just want to know , would my application be in CAP1000? As per CIC it is 188 Got PER,As per SS it is 59Got PER.CC charged
Number of application reached as per SS, May 102, June 63, July 38, August 44, Total 247 Application at CIC
Could you give me an answer , would my application be in the CAP? and what would be the percentage of chances?
