I have one doubt ,I will be 37 years 4 months old when CIC would receive my application and probably when they would assess my application I would be 37 years 8 months, now the question is would I get 10 or 9 in that case?

Is there any way I can withdraw my application? My application received by CIC on 22nd May and I think they still didn't picked it up. I email them, but no answer from them yet.
I don't want to get my DD charged, in case they find my application fine.
If anyone have any number or suggestion that how can I withdraw it, please help.

Dear seniors,

Please respond for the below queries.


1. FD and Bal in savings amount should be mentioned in Settlement Funds or Assets?
2.While filling out work experience(IMM0008 form) : For current job in "TO DATE" field, do we need to mention the current month & date or "TILL DATE" ?
The space is not enough to mention "MAIN DUTIES", do we need to mention couple of main duties or can say "Please refer the experience/referal letters included along with the application" and include them after this form?

1. Both, since they are assets, and they are liquid and unencumbered assets that will count as settlement funds.
2. You can enter "present" by hand as the form does not allow you to enter it.
3. In the main duties section just hit the major points and let your letters say the rest.

why do you want to withdraw your application?

You can e-mail them and ask to withdraw it.

Consult CIC's web site, which will tell you how to get PCCs from anywhere in the world.

RajuCA2014 brother, settlement fund is highly liquid current assets - so it should also be included into Assets.

Assets: Property+Jewelry+Car+Settlement Fund
Liabilities: Any liability.
Settlement Fund: FD+Bank Bal+PF+Share+Mutual Fund+Treasury Bond etc liquid assets

Both current date/Till date is acceptable.

Try to fill the form with few words. You have to give 1 hour to complete it. Note that for the first 30 minutes, it will appear to you as impossible. If still you cannot do it, fill some and write details given in the reference letter.

I'm applying for 2172 occupation and i have my entire 7+ exp in the same occupation but in 3 different companies. So shud i fill only one box with my total exp or need to mention exp with 3 companies separately. Pls suggest.
