heartly congrats for our respected forum member, I can understand how hard it was for u to wait 3 years to hear this good news, I was in same boat but with a different scenario, in 2012 I tried to apply for FSWP but quota got filled (my wife being primary applicant for General Practitioner), in 2013 the cic closed medical related NOCs....I changed my self as primary applicant but again cap got filled for 2174 until my docs were ready to be submitted...now in 2014 I successfully submitted and Alhamdulillah waiting for MR request.

First of all, sorry to here that. And hope you get good news and not bad ones. May I ask, how come you managed to check your application status though you didn't receive the PER with the file number. Is it the case that you had a UCI from a previous application

First of all - have u get ur PER?

If yes then-

Check the UCI if it is correctly porovided or not...Sometimes there require a '-' between the 8 digit UCI number like 1234-5678.

Also check the DOB format on ur browser...

Atlast sometimes CIC takes a bit time to update applicants ECAS...In that case u will have to wait
