I have sent my application on 18 August 2014 and it reached NS on 25 August 2014. However, I have used the old Schedule 3 Economic classes form. Is this going to be an issue? which date did they update the form?

You are completely okay new schedule 3 form was uploaded on 20 August and how can you submit a future form, you submitted what is available at that time.

Just wondering if there is any possibility for rejection after getting the PER MAIL. I've got my PER mail on Aug 19th under NOC 1114 and waitting for PCC and MR request from CIC. Please advise.

After getting PER, % becomes very high to get MR and others...

Success rate after PER goes 95-98%.....

In this situation, for rejection- it will require so much strong ground .....U will be requested for clarification (if any issue arises)...

Nope this is not required.....Although some puts their name and DOB which is completely optional....

But I don't know how come had I missed my birth certificate ?

Is is mandatory to send it? What should I do?
If I send it, what should I write in the envelope?

Best thing is to sent back that package to ur home address right now....

Contact immediately with ur courier company.....They will do that...Several applicants did it ....

State ur urgency....

Its mandatory to include the BC on the package...

After arrival of the package -additional doc is not guaranteed that it will be accepted by CIC.. ....

So try to recall ur package first....

Contact the courier service which has send it and ask them to revert the package rthe add the BC and send it again ....they will reject the package if it is without BC of either you or your spouse

As I analyise FIFO Is nt applicable with CIC

firstly, few days before 20 may applicant received reply from CIC regarding his/her application and today first 20may applicant got his CC charged...

it means they are checking completeness in many rounds...

secondly, applicants charged before are getting PER early as compared to other.

this means may be after positive eligibility they are filtering applicants according to their skills and experience. ..

If my passport has address of State A and i m staying in State B, do i have to apply for the PCC in State A or State B? Is it ok if i apply for PCC from State A. I know it wil be a lot easy to get it from there.Any suggestions?

I have worked for one employer on contract basis through two different service providing company. Will the letter from employer stating the same along with tenure & roles and responsibilities will be acceptable by CIC. Along with that, i will be attaching the receiving letter from service providing companies as well with designation and tenure clearly mentioned. But they haven't mentioned Roles and Responsibilities.

Is that Ok?

U can take ur PCC from state A or B or C etc.

PCC is required from one country....Not mandatory from his home city.....So u can take from anywhere of the country...
