To me your roles till Nov 2011, falls under my NOC, 0111.

From 1st Dec 2011 to 31st May 2013, I did not understand much. What do you meant by "heading the Sales and Marketing of the HR". Try to match your roles under 0112 -Human resource manager.

From 20th June 2013 till date, your job falls under many NOCs but none to claim substantial. It could be 0124 Advertising, marketing and public relations managers + 0111+ others.

You have to do a lot of research.

On gross basis, NOC 0111 seems to be suitable.

If I apply for NOC 0111 Will this experience can fetch me 15 points.Secondly if my current duties are other than those of 0111 ,can I still apply under this NOC? Do you think some modifications are required in job duties if I apply under NOC 0111 ? As you are saying after nov 2011 job duties fall under many NOC then Which NOC Would I mention In application form ? Also, if I do some modifications in job duties would it adverse effect as I had already submitted my application with different job duties. One more thing as per WES I have two bachelor's degrees :Bachelor of science(4 years) and Bachelor of Administration (3 years) with these degrees Can I apply for NOC 0111. Sorry for bothering You ,But I need expert advise.

UPS is fastest to CIO. None of them are even close when delivering it to Sydney.

To all CPC-Ottawa applicants from USA:
Use DHL online account. Its 35$ for next day delivery. The cheapest and best option. I have used twice already for sending fbi report and other docs.

you are right. DHL is not good if you plan to send it to sydney, ns. I was referring dhl to ottawa if u see my post again

Alhamdulillah dear Brothers I have finally Received my PER email at 12.12 AM local time in Bangladesh. Thanks to Allah that he finally helped me to pass through the initial hurdle.

Though I have been in the forum every single day but have remained a silent observer as this was my third time application for the Immigration. And now hopefully as I have gone through the first stage I would be regular in contributing to the forum on wards.

I am a May 14th NOC-2133 Applicant, Payment mode DD, Payment En-cashed on 14th August. PER Received on 28th August.

Regarding my application I would like to share the following issues:

Firstly, I did a small mistake in IMM0008 regarding my wife's First name and surname. Have written her First name in the space of Surname and instead of Surname written First name.

Secondly, in IMM5406 Did mistake on my brothers name in local language.

For Job Reference, I have given three visiting cards including mine and two of the higher officials of the company, Given two promotion letters and three payslips of last three months at the time of application. Also given a job reference letter as well.

I have dome small mistakes and think that this year the CIC is more considerable. Guys I am very much thankful to all of you and specially thanks seniors for their effort on helping others. Even my self I have PM'ed Asif_eee vai many times as well.

great news guys...my 2nd applicaiton received in cic,sydney today and i also get email from same CIC officer.that after after subsequent review of my application they find...

"Based on a subsequent review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed"....

byt they didnt admit that they did a blunder mistake in my case.(see it means a human error can cost a career to an individual)i dont how many these types of mistake cic already did this year......

so finally i got PER.....

thanks all of you.who encourage me to send courier to cic with my ielts test copy,rejection letter to show them that they did a big mistake...
