Dear Friends,
i have sent my docs to Canada for F s w p under n o c code 1113.I forget to send form no 5620 but i send correct fee of 1250 cad . my file reached to Canada on 19/08/2014 . What to do now does i required to send form,or can i send this Form 5620 to CIO to attach in my file or not.What will happen with my application. does i really need to send this from or otherwise my fee dd is with them ??????/

Sorry for the RETURN of ur file under noc 0013 due to mismatch of job duties.

Bro, if U go thru the specific duties or positions held by 0013 and 0015 u will find both r for very senior level positions like V.P, Director, CEO, COO etc etc.

For job position of 0013 in particular- the appointment should be directly thru board of members.

I have applied for 0015 thru a consultant and the details shared by him to me are being communicated to you.

Hope this clarifies ur doubt of "reason of rejection"

They do have interviews, but only on a need basis. When they need some specific answers / explanation on application or candidate. For most it is waived though. That's what waived signifies.

Sorry, a bit confused. Waived means an interview finished or not yet? How fast to receive the visa after interview?

great news guys...my 2nd applicaiton received in cic,sydney today and i also get email from same CIC officer.that after after subsequent review of my application they find...

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada in the Federal Skilled Worker class


"Based on a subsequent review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed"....

byt they didnt admit that they did a blunder mistake in my case.(see it means a human error can cost a career to an individual)i dont how many these types of mistake cic already did this year......

so finally i got PER.....

thanks all of you.who encourage me to send courier to cic with my ielts test copy,rejection letter to show them that they did a big mistake...

- Will you continue to do your Job in SGP if you get a PR for Canada ?
- Do you want an early PR or work/ stay longer in SGP ?

Guys, still looking for more feedback from experience guys, should i mention my VO as Singapore or New Delhi, I am working on work permit in Singapore from last 4 yrs but based on exsiting experience from candidates who selected SGVO earlier, i feel i should go for New Delhi but still not sure what would be pros and cons as hearing lot of differen opinions.

Please help me clear this confusion as i need to send me application in day or two.

Sorry for hearing that, but you have to verify from experienced members about how many duties points should mentioned in the letter to avoid further problems, good luck next time, do not give up as you still have the chance to apply.

Quite a few of 16th May and previous date applicants waiting to be charged and yet they still move on to 20th May, Mind boggling to say the least. The worst part is you don't know whether your application is out of contention or its still under consideration? :-\ :-\
