I would suggest to keep mailing address as your current address as CIC or VO will send mail to your mailing address and it would be convenient for you to receive at your current residence. Getting a mailing address is simple, you just need to email your local VO with updated address and they will update in their system.

Thanks :)

Hi All
Couple of Urgent questions

1. Is there a contact phone number for CPC-OTTAWA?

2. I need to send an email to CIC/CPC-Ottawa asking them to extend my 60 day timeline for providing MR and PCC. What should be the main points I need to highlight? Do we know of any one else getting extension? Reason for delay: FBI report had to be requested again as they were unable to verify fingerprints the first time

Admins, Please provide a reply here

Thanks

I get a lot of IT job offers in my inbox , and i also get calls from recruiters ,but the moment they find out that i dont have any kind of work authorization to work in canada they do not proceed further. -:)

The members of the forum who are already living in Canada tell different kinds of stories.. The things they say is really discouraging.. :(

I'm confused. Some 12th May applicants got charged on 25th July, but 16th May applicants are being charged today. What happened in between to the rest? ??? ???

You can also call it a bitter truth.

Nothing happened, it's jut too many applications were recived between May 10th to 14th. Check the SS you will realise it. Applicantions slowed down post that.

Thanks Thomas. Based on your calculation, how many percent of global applicants are from this forum?

No. of applications received per day decreased after May 7,8 and 12, so it won't take a long time between being charged and getting PER from now on I guess!!
