Congrats man!!! Good to know that 16th May applicants files are open. Hopefully by this weekend they should cover 17th may, post Which we go for long weekend. It's labour day in Canada on 1st September.

I think by this weekend we would be closing in in 22nd May applicants .... 17,18, 19 May were holz.... Also CIC has been moving faster off late... and the number of applications also dropped considerably after 14th .... Till August end or Sept 1st week we should be done with May getting charged. By the end of september, we should be half way thru july as of the applications received dates. June and July had 1/7th the applications received than for May ....So in a couple of days we can see multiple dates getting charged and received PERs....

Ggulati, i think you should try to look at some other NOCs which is lesser filled like 2171.. Although it seems possible that you can make it by 10 Sept for 2174 but O think it could be a very close case...... Wish you all the best .....

Hello Everyone,

Sent the RPRF, Medical and PCC on 7/24 to CPC ottawa, received on 07/25 to Morreau at reception. ECAS Status still says " We have started processing your application...".

Should I worry? Please advise.

Contact the doctors office and see if they uploaded ur Medical results properly.Its strange that you dont see "Medical Received Line" on ur ECAS even after more than a month of medical.

Questions about cap predictions in a forum doesnt help you in any kind.Since you already submitted ur application, keep fingers crossed and hope for the best.

I am filling in background form and now wondering how detailed the info should be on this form. For example I have studied 2009-2011. Is it enough to write it or I should write that in the summers when the uni was closed I was travelling?

Common sense would dictate putting down "Studied 2009-2011" on the Form IMM 5669 Q.8 and including your travels on the Form IMM 5562.

Are you still asking about Q8 on Form IMM 5669? Don't write the duration twice. Under 'Activity', write "studied and worked part-time." Keep things simple and of course accurate.

Yes, still the same form. Then in the last cell I should write "University name/ Employer's name"?
