Don't worry about the currency rate fluctuations between different websites. Just try to keep a extra 300-400 CAD for any change in rates in near future.
So please do keep a buffer amount.

This is a sample paper of it but a notary person can guide you better...bcz it is their daily routine work....

Yeah, I still have about a month to go since I'm 18th June. I just wished we had a column for Debit Card in the spreadsheet as well since many people applied by DC and got charged last year. I sent my DC digit to them.
