Can you please guide me on below query.
Currently I am on assignment in Jakarta Indonesia and will be in jakarta till feb-2015.
My Visa office : New Delhi,India & my spouse & kid are in India
Once we get the request for MR , by what time we should be submitting the medical reports , I belive 60 days
Also at the latter stage when the pass port is requested by NDVO , by what time we should be submitting the Passport, I belive 30 days .

Since my spouse and kid are in Hyd,India , can they do the MR from India and Can I do MR at Jakarta.

Also, for the second part on Passport request , Is ther any means that I can send my Passport back to India for PR stamping or is ther any way out here.
Once we submit the Pass port to NDVO , How much time they usually take for PR stamping..

Please advice and guide me on this.


Can you please let me know the contact details of New Delhi Visa Office.
email id , phone number ..etc , for any clarification & inquiry..etc.

I have couple of doubts and need to contact NDVO.

Sorry for the late reply......

ShubanPaiK brother,u and ur family can do ur Medical from anywhere of the world...No need to be done from same place....So its possible....Since CIC max of medicals are now e-enabled medical center.

For the PP submission, this is a bit issue for since ur stays are temporary.....When u rcv ur PP, according to ur current situation, u can contact with NDVO....If u require more time to submit the PP on NDVO, then u can request them to extend the time....Although in this cases NDVO tells the applicants to knock them again when u are available to submit the PP to NDVO and cancel the eaarlier request.....

And yes they usuallly take 2-3 months atleast in avg comparing the last year....

One question..

1. what to put in economic classes form 12a section?

Is it my current occupation or NOC occupation?

2. 12b, i put the occupations I handled...

3. One more thing...occupation and designation are different i think....if u work as system analyst, system engineer...we can put the whole under a single occupation called "software engineer". Am I rite?

I can understand ur siituation .....But I can give u an info...

U know what- There is still 142 applicants are remaining and waiting to get their expected PER whom submitted their application before u (upto 11th May)

So is it still matter of worry....?-------Absolutely not....

Just stay relax and wait or ur turn......

In an avg -FSW13 was started on full phase from Mid Nov 2013....So u can calculate it now....

PCC and MR and PPR was on the same emails for max of the applicants @NDVO....

1. It will be the job title under the NOC u are going to apply.

2. Yes --again all the job title u handled

3. U can write the ur appointment given designation....no issue....

7 for primary 5 for secondary and rest for grad and post grad, including masters, depending on what you have done.
