I needed from Spain, Denmark, Germany, Brazil, UK and MExico.
For some you can use the local Embassy in your country of residence. For other you need to send by post the request and wait back. IT can take up to 60 days to receive a certificate from abroad. So start your process asap!

No you cant send photocopy of PCC, it has to be original.

If you read CIC checklist for FSW app it specifies what needs to be copy's and what needs to be original, PCC needs to be original!
