yeah i also want to opt for the first option but the days left for MR submission is about 45 days so i think i will need to move fast now

You DONOT have a choice. you HAVE to include your spouse in your application and update your marital status BEFORE you are granted a visa. If you don't do this, you will not be able to sponsor your spouse after landing. That is IF you are allowed to land at all. If you try to land without updating CIC on your marital status and they find at the port of entry that you are married, then you will not be allowed to land. If you lie at the port of entry and land anyway, then you will not be able to sponsor your spouse since you would have misrepresented.

So, the only option for you is to go ahead with the wedding, get all the documents (like marriage certificate, updated forms, supporting documents for the spouse) ready and update NDVO. In the meantime, you can submit your MR for yourself before the deadline. Just provide whatever you have (like wedding invitation, engagement pictures etc) when you submit the MR and mention that the rest will be submitted when available and also ask directions from NDVO for what else you need to do.

Original content mentioned in my previous reference letter are already there, but additionally there are detailed job description mentioned in the new letter. Do we need to send PCC from all states in India or from current State is enough ?
I believe Country is important not state ??

for only doing the court marriage you need to take a two month time difference.
the court display you and you spouse details on their notice board and then you get married.
It is a long process and huge amount of paper work.

easiest way to get this think done is to get married in "arya samaj mandir" and use their certificate to get the marriage register.

Doesn't matter. If they ask you to prove your marriage then must be able to prove it. Agree with delhi 2173 get married in "arya samaj mandir" is better. But just remember that CIC doesn't accept marriage certificate as a marriage proof, I mean they do but they also need supporting evidence like pre marriage photos, marriage photos, pot marriage photos, etc.

1. Your file has not yet been reviewed; or
2. Your file is under review but not done;
3. Your file has not been returned;
