Quick question people: do we need an affidavit for the translations or the certification seal of the translator in each document suffice?

Also, regarding the quebec program that has reached its cap. It seems they had a cap of 6500 workers. How did it fill so quickly the federal one is still around 2000?

congrats bro...
can you please share your other details also.

your application date
CC/DD charged date
PER recieve date

Any additional doc asked by CIC or NDVO?

@Delhi2173..

Very appreciable if you could share the email id of NDVO from which you receive your medical request.. :)

Also details about your file like when it was sent, when CC was charged and when PER was received, So we can estimate time for our files as well

Do you know, how to check spreadsheet. If yes, you will find all the information there. Grow up guys, no one going to spoon feed you in Canada.

@delhi2173
Congrats bro,
Kindly update the SS, we have been eagerly waiting to see NDVO in blue zone.
Cheers...

Thank you harka. Btw the afidavit is a single document, right? It shouldn't be required for every single translation copy, correct?

Hello Friends,

Couple of questions related to FSW application:

1) I am applying through NOC code 2171, I am into SAP Consulting but my first employment designation is 'Senior Software Engineer' per company policy. Senior Software engineer does not fall under 2171, it falls under 2174, although my role was consulting. I have a reference letter from my supervisor which shows clearly roles related to 2171. Is that okay with CIC or will that be cause for rejection?

2) Wanted to confirm if i can use notarized copy of my secondary school certificate to show proof of DOB if i don't have birth certifcate?

Thanks in advance!

Well one affidavit should do which mentions that these "docs" have been translated to english or may be you can have different affidavits for education and another one for employment and another for DOB etc

Thanks in advance!
