ok, for your application what did you write under Question 12. Occupation? (under economic classes form)

in question 12a:

Should it be the NOC title?

or

Should it be the job title which can be found in the list under my NOC code?

Friends a need a Bif help from you all

My Employer doesnot give Experience certificates as requested by CIC . i have been trying since few weeks but I dont see any hopes of getting the Employment letter in prescribed format ..... PLEASE HELP and SUGGEST ALTERNATIVE

I am planning to provide below documents inorder to show my work experience ... Please check and inform ... wat other documents i can submit ...

1. Appointment letter ( present and earlier)
2. Payslips (from past 6 months)
3. My visiting card issued by company
4. Company identity card
5. There is one standard document explaining job description of each role in my company .. i can submit this
6. Online experience certificate indicating my date of joining the company

Regards

:D :D :D see my point... some orgs call them Account managers and some client executive...its how you and I interpret...However, may be the CIC officer would not interpret like us...that is the reason designation do not really matter...the job duties dooo...

Buddy Delivery Managers reports to Account Managers or Account Executives.. and Client executives are same as Account Managers and Account Executives..

You are just opposing buddy ! :)

I have just listed one case where he faced an issue.. So better to be on safer side I thought to share that with other forumites..

So that they can put the best possible stuffs for applications...

So...my designation was not listed in there however, my job duties match with my NOC. does it mean my file will be rejected because of a different designation i hold???

Any cc charge today. This long waiting is killing me.

12a is the NOC under which you are applying.

12b are the NOCs of the jobs you have had in the past 10 years. At least one of them should match 12a, by definition.

oh i see. only the NOC code should match, not the position name. thanks for the info!

12a. I put the NOC code and the name of that code
12b. Job titles i had and their NOC codes.

Hi Admin,

Please remove my name from spreadsheet under Job code 4011 there are few mistakes will make a fresh entry. please confirm once done.

Thanks.
plikhi.

Seniors need you suggestion,

I have a reference letter from my previous company, with all the required info per check list, however this was issue in 2006 when i resigned. Please let me know whether this will hold good(as this was issued 8 years ago) to go ahead and apply?

If it really has details of your duties and those match your NOC, you should be good to go.

Sir, that letter is 8 years old! I think you know that other applicants who are trying out for FSW are using reference letters obtained this very month. I think you should do the same and obtain a current letter. All the best.

I disagree. A contemporaneously issued letter is not a problem provided it meets the requirements. As compared to a recently issued letter, there is no chance that it was fabricated for FSW purposes.

No I am not oppossing... ;D ;D ;D

My only point was if the designations need to match then we would not have so many apps for FSW because only a few would have the same designation names as specified by CIC.

This company is no more operating, so for this reason check with you guys whether this letter can used along with my application.

Go right ahead. You can also inform CIC that the company is no longer operating. You're fine.

Hi Shray

The whole thing you have mentioned is exactly what an applicant is NOT supposed to do. You cannot borrow money from parents or siblings, and you definitely should not deposit that amount in your account a week or 2 before you present your proof of funds to CIC.

The VO's job is to verify whether the amount is 'unencumbered' which means - free from any obligations or liabilities. If you cannot prove that the money belongs to you (that the account is solely held by you and/or by your spouse) and that the money is not unencumbered and readily transferable (that there are no large sums of deposits in much too frequent intervals from non-justifiable sources) then you are not helping your case.

+1
