You must send your application.... Who knows your noc will open in express entry or not???

I guess the only reason why there is difference between charging dates of cic n bank..
As per cic they put the date on which they send dd for charge and it almost take 5 days for bank to pay them for the same ... Hence bank quotes the date , on which they released the dd .

Just wanted to put out for others to track payments to ascertain their emails, like I did ;)

There is no fun to submit photocopy of affidavit...
Affidavit should be in english only....
Do submit sec school certificate if it has
Applicant name
Dob
Parents name...
And/or affidavit as a proof of birth from parents side

Its the same case for me (Except I have not recvd my PER yet)don't worry...you will be contacted by your local VO, they will ask for new information and then you can update them about it.
