Hi,

One question regarding background declaration form,

My husband has been doing some business after his graduation for 5 yrs. So what activity I have to provide in this form, is it just business ...?

Do we have to submit any proof for that activity?

Pls help

Annie

Buddy,

Yes just write business. If u dont want to claim points for that then u can ignore job duty letter for that...:)

Thanks for your reply ashif. but still one question, I am the primary applicant then how can I claim points for my spouse's work experience as you said. Is it possible?

I think background declaration form has to be filled by both applicant and spouse...I am concerned about my husband's form...

Dear all,
I have a situation and i need answers. I have workrked in uae for past 10 years. I have moved four comapnies. The initial comapny where i worked from 2004 -2008 is ready to give me experience letters with job responsibility(which makes me eligible under two NOC's). Rest of the organisations are not supportive and are only willing to give salary certificates. I worked as manager marketing in these organisations. Am i good to go with the initial company's job reference letter and for other companies i can give salary certificates and contract copies.

Dear bhaiya thanks; Im a FSW 2014 applicant; sorry Im bit confused between AOR vs File Transferred to Visa office; AOR is acknowledgement of receipt, hence the automated mail seemed AOR? If SGVO starts processing ECAS will change to "we have start processing your file", not sure they send any Email for this or not???

Also regarding MRP copy to SG Visa office.. to which address of SGVO should I send courier??

Dear,

AOR and the file transfer is the same phenomena....

Singapore will send an AOR email to u which will confirm u that ur file has transferred....:)

After getting PER, ur ECAS will be updated simultaneously.....

For the MRP PP, u can send a CSE to SGVO after getting AOR email.....And attach the scanned copy of new PP to this CSE......

https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=singapore

Ask them if u require any further action....

Good luck....

Hi,
DD is the safest way for the payment, but make sure it has a 6 months validity.

Hi All,
My hubby and I are in the midst of preparing the documents for submission.
Is it necessary now to provide a police report or it can be done later when asked?
Also, is a highschool (secondary) diploma necessary too?

Thanks.

As per my knowledge lead statement are matching...but how much responsibility should match with cic defined responsibility NOC list??

Please read the below text. I took this from below link. For additional queries, Ashif may be in a position to help you!

http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/Welcome.aspx

As most jobs require multitasking or performing more than one duty, usually a 51% rule can be used as a guideline. Simply put, 51% of the job functions must be contained in the main duties of the selected NOC description. For example, a receptionist may have some duties that are similar to those of a data entry clerk. However, if only 30% of the individual's time is spent doing strictly data entry clerk activities then the job should be classified under receptionist.

Information which may be interesting for some!

In all cases, the true power of the NOC is its coding system which identifies occupations with a four-digit number. The first 2 numbers in the code identify the important attributes of Skill Type and Skill Level for the occupation. The last 2 numbers of the code provide further specificity to better define the occupation.

may 8th applicant NOC 2174....still waiting for PER.....I m getting confused now! bank is not responding to give any info abt DD status. how long it will take at cio? they are still processing may 6 and 7 cases!

Guys, Who else used CC from NCB Bank (Saudi Arabia) Mastercard.

Does CIC requires the MASTERCARD SECURE CODE (diff from CCV code at the back of the CC)

Everytime I use my CC to purchase something on the internet. it requires additional Code which is the Mastercard Secure Code.

or CCV will do?

Thanks

God Bless

CIO is is a recognized body and not an online merchant. Most of the banks don't require pin when CIO charges your card.
So don't worry!
