Is it true or just rumour that NDVO is not going to send AOR this year .....

I think this would be only visa office late in processing applications.....God knows what they are doing

I guess it is true. Reason is that there are 22 applicants as per the forum who got PER in June only for NDVO and 2 of them APSK and delhi2173 got the confirmation by some other means that there file has been transferred to NDVO.. As per their date of transfer we can assume that other applicants files have also been transferred and NDVO has started processing but not planning to send AOR... The scenario may get clear in next couple of weeks (2 to 3 weeks) when atleast one NDVO applicant will report the MR or PCC request.. Untill then we can just guess but it should not be rumor.. NDVO should be doing something atleast after getting the files transferred to them... Lets wait till August End..

By the way does anyone have any contact detail for NDVO where the applicants can send email or call and check the status.. Please note I am asking NDVO contact detail not CIC/CIO...

i had 3 months of work permit Aprl - June'2014 ... but i did not use it(i mean i didnt work there!) ...so will this also count like for pts???

Yes u can send it to NDVO by courier and they will accept it (as long as-- ur file is on NDVO)....

Since it is already been two months...U can assume ur file is with NDVO....

And sending PCC earlier of MR will not guarantee that ur file will be processed faster ....

Since usually they review files according the rcvd date by VO and they try to maintain it...

U can send it to relieve urself...

As forum heard that 1 person from NDVO who received PER on 17th June has status change in Ecase "We started processing......."
but many people received PER before 17th June too yet they did nt hear any thing from NDVO soon....
Do you think their file picking pattern has been changed to random or some thing else ?

Well ! thanks for your reply...
I know my file is also with NDVO as per call centre of CIC and the date of transfer the lady told me same as PER date.
As per my experience and knowledge , NDVO sends further request like Medical and PCC once the candidate clears backgrounds checks usually handled by third party investigation agencies (i think outsourced by NDVO)...

Now question arises , how much time it took to complete background checks ...its based upon how thick your file is ...thick the file more the time for background checks...

Well above all is my understanding ...it might be different too....

For delhi NDVO , you can use > delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca ( but mind it , this email id is meant for case specific queries only)
and pre contact on this email id is not advisable , lets wait to hear from NDVO.

You still have a big chance if you apply for 2173 as it has a lesser applicants as compared to 2174.
