Is it true or just rumour that NDVO is not going to send AOR this year .....

I think this would be only visa office late in processing applications.....God knows what they are doing

No one can say that NDVO is going to send AOR or not.

Its up to NDVO. But as per current trend majority of VOs not sending AOR. So it may happen.

hi century , i have a question. I got PER. I sent PCC along with my application itself. My wife and i were stayed in US 2009 to 2011. Last year i got the PCC report from US (June 2013). I sent that report along with my application. After 2011 we haven't been there(US). I sent india PCC which has been taken last year(June 2013).

Is it require i need to apply both PCC(india and USA) again?

You need to get the Indian PCC - no doubt - as you are living there even after issuance of PCC after June 2013 - (who knows after getting Indian PCC you got involve with Mafia Business )

For US PCC, you can request your VO that after getting PCC from USA, you never went there - they may consider it.

But to prevent delay, I suggest to get PCC from USA too.

Dear pappusampath,

Its totally up to NDVO....

Although what I can assume NDVO may not ask u for FBI (since u have not entered there after collecting this PCC), bu they gonna ask u for the indian PCC which can be collected in short time i guess.

Usually NDVO asks for PCC along with Medical request.... So u can wait for the medical and PCC request...Which will be more convenient in my sense...

U still have the provision to send PCC before ur Medical req if u wish....

How much time does it take for application to come back (in India) if it is rejected due to any reason ?? A case that I know, application was sent on 7th May and there is absolutely no news about it and neither the package has been returned until now.

I have some doubts on FSW.
Is the current cap number of 887 , the total number of applications recieved by CIC or the number of PR issued ? Based on this count is it worth to send an application in octpber ?
