The only issue seems lack of resource to be able to work on 'fee charging' and 'PER' simultaneously. It sucks to see they can only support one at a time, and are doing these on alternate days.

I already told once, considering the prev yrs -What I think, may be 2014 is the year at which CIC has received max number of the applications on the first week of the application opening.
Reasons are very much visible like: large NOC category-50 NOCs, Lots of applicants were returned on last yr for the less CAP on FSW13 etc.
That is why CIC is taking more time compare to prev yrs for sending final PER...
So absolutely, applicants need not to worry....They need to consider it that CIC Nova Scotia is passing their historical busiest time this year....
After completion of 7th May and 8th May applicants, I think they will be more relax and will send PER on more shorter time.....
Thats what is my thought..
