Hi i am new here , i have applied for FSWP 2014 on 7th may via an Immigration Consultant , but i later realised that i forgot to print my name on the consent field in the generic application form , thinkng that my application will be rejected i refiled on 26th May again (using the 2nd copy of ielts and eca reports).

Now on 1st august i got a PER email from CiC for the first application.
Now my question is when they open the second application and find out that i have received a PER earlier , will they reject both my applications? ,

BTW i forgot to include the cover letter in my second application.

The submitted WES report to CIO showed my Bachelor's degree equivalent to 4 years Canadian education. The total number of years of education received is 14 years [Grade 1 - 10 (GCE O'Levels) + 4 Years Bachelor degree].

I would like to know if 14 years of education accepted by CIO and how many points will be allocated for it.

Ohh brother,

Its has been discussed that this issue was minor one...Ur effort and anxiety for this error is really waste of energy...


Anyway ur file will not be rejected for this issue- thats what is my believe...

CIC may return ur second file since u have already get the PER with same NOC code....on the same FSW opening...


It would have been much easier for them to recognize why u have sent second app...

Nothing to worry much in my guess...

15 days is not that much older....U can proceed without any hesitation....This is acceptable....

Hi guys...i would like to share my case with you all. Sent my app on 6th and was received on 12th for NOC 2232 and my app was returned on 18th july for couple of reasons mentioned by the VO which are:-

1:- really ashamed of telling this, but after numerous checking levels by me, i missed signing the fee payment form mentioning my credit card details.
2:- sent the notarised attested translated copy of the birth certificate without sending the copy of original one.

These were the 2 reasons which were marked by yellow marker the VO. i hope, those are the only 2 reasons for the rejection. I am preparing the docs again and shall be sending them within this week. Congrats for everyone getting success and gud luck to the waiting ones. cheers... :-* :-*

In my application, my wife is principal applicant. While filling the fee payment form i forgot to fill my name in Name of Payer (If different from principal applicant) as i have made DD and may be on DD my name was written.
Will it be a major issue?

Brother,

Since u have sent DD, then u should write "NOT APPLICABLE" on the Name of Payer (If different from principal applicant) field. So its not ur name to be filled on there...

Anyway since the payment mode was DD, then it should not make any issue.....
