Thank U very much for ur response....As per CIC defination of APPLICATION RECEIVED-----Application Received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC)
We have received your application. After checking for completeness, a file has been created and the information from the application form was entered

i think CIC was right in rohans case....

that is a cause of worry for me

i think regarding POF u may be right ....but u never know , how these people may react
thank u

Hi members,
I have still not applied, and am in the process of preparing my package.
I have one very serious doubt.
On this page - I meet all the criteria of FSW 2014

My profile is -
34 Yrs Old Indian Citizen,
Working and living in US, category - 2173
Education - Masters
Experience - 10 yrs
IELTS - 7.5 avg
First Cousin in Canada.

But when I go to cic site
I reached here via CIC -> Immigration->Immigrate-> determine your eligiblity -> Come to Canada
and there when I answer all the questions, it says at this time you are not eligible to apply.
however, I think I meet all the requirements of FSW 2014..
please help
Thanks
Anurag

I also went through the questionnaire to answer your concern.

I think it's just a matter of some specific question being inappropriately answered, that makes the algorithm suggest you are ineligible.

Try again. If still says the same, don't bother. Calculate your points and make sure they are >= 67.

Regards

Anurag I got the same response too after doing it twice but I ignored it. I used the guide and it confirmed my eligibility. If u meet the requirements I think u should go ahead. Without a ticket you dont have a chance!

Disregard that questionnaire! Your eligibility to migrate to Canada is not determined by some online tool, but by CIC officers who review your application against FSW 2014 eligibility criteria. Do you meet all the eligibility criteria? Then go ahead and apply.
Good luck!

Heartiest congratulation on your speedy process. Less than 3 months and you are there with PP request.

Freaking CIC making us wait for more than 3 months for PER >:( >:( >:(

Some of us will wait more than 3 months just to get CC charged or DD cashed, then another 3 months for PER :-[

Hi everyone,
I've implemented shared automatic daily backups of the spreadsheet and its supporting files :)
They will be stored in this folder:

https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0BzNdFhqI1N76MDRqMmp2b3FUR1E&usp=sharing#list

It's a specialized backup account which is not used for anything else, for safety reasons.

Just in case, you can also find this link on the "Requred Links" tab of the spreadsheet.

Hey Oscar...

Whats the status of your PER bro..I recall you mentioned to share your details once you receive PER....

[size=9pt] Hi jpn, Not sure what you meant there as Venezuela cases come to Mexico VO, and not the other way round. :) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions/mexico.asp

I believe so many people give me credit here (may be even more than I might deserve at times) so I should also take time to appreciate / acknowledge the great efforts of so many of our esteemed colleagues here (including you....so +1 to you too). That's about it, really! :)

:)

PS - When I was new in the forum I used to think may be you are from Japan or something!! LOL ;D
