Please I have a query,
I am in the category of 2281. about to start the process , nothing started yet, i mean, ielts, PC, ECA, etc...
For me it will take at least more than a month to get all the necessary doc ready.

My query is, Its better to try for next year OR still I can try to apply for this year ?

Please make sure you do not commit these mistakes while applying/before applying.

1- User spoke to cic office and got to know his file has been returned, don't know the reason yet
2- Incomplete Application, educational documents not submitted with ECA. IELTS was older than 2 year at the time of submission but applicant claimed expiry was 9th July.
3- Used old Schedule 3 form
4- Self Attested duties rejected by CIC, Reapplied on 6th Sep
5- Insufficient Work Experience Proof

Here, my question is I am planning to submit reference letters from my ex-managers along with my affidavit (which includes roles and responsibilities and to state the reason why they cant give ref letters), which would be signed by me. Will it be a problem as mentioned above in red ?

Yes, your application will be returned if you use self attested roles and responsibilities. To avoid this, get the reference letter in the correct format requested by CIC, remember they will be processing your application based on their rules, not what you you are able to get. To avoid a wasted effort, do it the CIC way :)

Consultant says that if the credit card payment is through then only we will come to know that the file has been taken for processing, Is it true?? Are there any chances that the file is processed and the payment is taken at the later stages?? I have applied as a couple with 72 Points.

your consultant is right..cc charging n respective txt msg to u..will come frst but per mail sent by cic will formally indicates u the deduction of fee.
yes. Application cn be rejected at later stages too due to incomplete\mismatch of roles n responsibilities letter

I had applied earlier in FSWP programme in 2010 & 2011 & both the times file were returned with rerason CAP REACHED( under NOC1122) and now I am planning to apply under NOC 0013.

Please guide whether it will be a problem!

make sure ur roles n responsibilities letter hv 60-70% of matching nocs roles and responsibilities
make it asap.

I have recieved my ECA report and I'm yet to file for CIC under NOC-2173..As i heard that 2173 is fast filling,i worried if i have to file it or not?
Also my total experience is 10+ and worked for 2 companies.One of my employer refused to give me experience letter in CIC specified format.
I have the email from them which says they refuse to give the experience letter.In this situation what should i do?
Please suggest.

You are just 3 weeks far if we exclude the weekends.. and if CIC will take 3 weeks to charge one week applications then also you will be charged latest by October first week... CIC has asked for 6 months validity DD with not one month old DD...So they will make sure that DD'd are encashed within 5 month of its receiving day... Hope this will reduce your loosing hope... ;D
