Hello People,

I finally received my educational evaluation today from WES ;D ;D Phew!

I was just going through the application form checklist for the final application because most of my documents are ready now and i should be good to file the application under the NOC 1113 by this weekend or max by next week. However I have certain queries below for which I am unable to find the answers: Request help!!

1. With regards to the reference letter from the current employer, While i have prepared the draft letter I guess i need to do some changes in it before i get it finally signed from my supervisor. Another point stuck is that bcos my supervisor is on his personal leave and will join only after 01 August , not sure what should i do in such case? Can i get it signed from any other colleague? bcos to wait for another 8 days is killing when I am already late by more than 3 months.

2. I have worked with 2 previous organisations however my previous employers have completely refused to provide a reference letter, I tried to tweek an email from them but even that they are not ready to send now. While i already have my offer letters, experience certificates of all my previous employers but the reference letter explaining the duties is not available . What should I do in such case.

Affidavit is mandatory for this? because passport they will usually use name in expanded forms.

Dear cic clearly states to write name in forms as in passport, initials on your certificate are fine but to avoid any kind of confusion an affidavit( or even a cover letter explaining the things) will solve the issue...
Better to go with an affidavit

Never mind, you can fill it again and save, it will over-right the data. You can do it next time, whenever you think of updating the SS.
