I have the following queries
I am the principal applicant
Kindly write the answers in RED
1. Bar codes on top of package
a. It means – on top of generic application form (or)
b. On top of complete package i.e Check list
2. How many check lists are there
3. Do I need to submit all stamped (exit/entry) pages of my passport
4. Presently I am on a 2 month vacation in India, I work in UAE – What will be my current country of residence
5. Notary for what documents is required
a. For only photocopies (or)
b. For originals
c. Is notary required for
i. Proof of relationship documents of my brother, such as his PR card, his lease agreements etc
6. What should I write the marital status and address for my mother who is deceased in the Additional Family Information Form
7. In the Addition family information form for my spouse – applicant will be myself – In Section A 2nd row last column (email address) – Shall I mention email address of my spouse / mine. As in my form I have mentioned mine. I want to mention mine here too – Will that be OK
8. How CIC will differentiate my and spouse Additional Family Information Form – as there is no name mentioned in the form – only signature field is there
9. Names in native language - Should we type or write with hand
10. In Schedule A Solemn declaration , shall I write my name or shall I leave it blank – as it states do not complete the following section now
11. My name in all educational certificate and experience is for eg Md. Imran Khan, but my name in passport is Mohammad Imran Khan - what should I do for this

4. Presently I am on a 2 month vacation in India, I work in UAE – What will be my current country of residence If you work and live in UAE, that is your current country of residence
5. Notary for what documents is required
a. For only photocopies (or) Notary only required on translated documents
b. For originals
c. Is notary required for
i. Proof of relationship documents of my brother, such as his PR card, his lease agreements etc No, just photocopy but you can get it notarised if you want and can afford it. There is no guideline against this
6. What should I write the marital status and address for my mother who is deceased in the Additional Family Information Form N\A for both. Only living parents have marital status, dead parents have only one status; deceased
7. In the Addition family information form for my spouse – applicant will be myself – In Section A 2nd row last column (email address) – Shall I mention email address of my spouse / mine. As in my form I have mentioned mine. I want to mention mine here too – Will that be OK You fill one form as applicant with your own family details, your spouse fills another same form as applicant with her own family details
8. How CIC will differentiate my and spouse Additional Family Information Form – as there is no name mentioned in the form – only signature field is there You fill one each and sign accordingly
9. Names in native language - Should we type or write with hand Either is okay with black
10. In Schedule A Solemn declaration , shall I write my name or shall I leave it blank – as it states do not complete the following section now You have the answer, 'Do not complete the following section now'

As in my form I have mentioned mine. I want to mention mine here too – Will that be OK. While your spouse is filling, she is the applicant. At that form, you will give your e-mail. At your form, the e-mail will be hers.

For 2174.... You should apply at the earliest as soon as you are ready with all the required documents... I am sure for 2174, a single day delay may lead to disappointment

You cannot completely rely on spread sheet data as it assumes most of the details out of the forum. My personal opinion is that it might have been already filled but I would suggest you not to take my words seriously. If possible choose 2171 else apply to 2174. Even God doesn't know what happens with Cap and CIC. So, please be fast and apply ASAP.

What I see is you need to be careful with all these projections because they are not reliable. Does the spreadsheet say if you will be applying next week? It does not. Dos the spread sheet have data on how many people will apply on Thursday? It does not.
Therefore, don't pull numbers form the past thinking they will predict the future in a context like this cos nobody can say how many people will apply or when they will apply or when a cap will be reached. All these projections and conjecture just give people the wrong ideas. The spreadsheet can't predict if the potential applicants who have been rushing about to get their documentation in place will all be ready this month and fill the cap by next month or by September! It's a possibility that could happen or not happen.

My man, just complete your application, submit and hope for the best, simple. Have a nice day
