I would strongly recommend everyone against Fedex. They have no proper service in Nova Scotia. I am sitting on 12th day now and my package has not moved from Goffs, NS (15/Jul). I mean more than 5 days in Goffs? WTF. Called them atleast 10 times and emailed more than 6 times without any solid response. They have no idea.

I am screwed.

One more thing if it is such a small organization (no offences) with only 1 HR per branch do you know what kind of scrutiny would happen? Moreover, I can already tell that its not a very famous org (internationally)...physical verification is on the cards for you definitely. :'( :'( :'( because generally the VO would trust an employee of Microsoft but not a small org which is not known internationally...so a physical verification and an interview too...

Let's say you are appearing for a HR manager position do you think your resume would even be shortlisted? considering the years of exp you have? Its the same with CIC.

Just want to help you understand that if you go with your plan and CIC finds out about the scheme that you are applying, you will be banned from Canada....I hope you read this clause...

Preeti I 100 % agree with oscar, u dont have designation of HR manager. In small organizations people do everything but CIC is smart enough to get hold of this. Even ur documents won't have HR manager designation.

If u check d other forum fr HR managers then u would see that I have already replied to aziz that a HR exec would not fit into this role. I have also mentioned yhe designations list frm CIC website on that forum but seems u hv nt gone thru tht....n HR exec is nowhere mentioned there...

I believe you should have shared complete facts with forum members in the first place telling about your current title. Giving partial information to mislead folks will of course result in many saying that 1 year of experience is required in that role. They are not incorrect either! My point is, that role is quite senior than your current role so you clearly don't have 1 year in that position. Just merely because you do some of the roles of HR does not qualify you for NOC 0112. Trust that clarifies!

Maybe the delay on PERs is caused by the season. Usually business are slow during summer time everywhere.

Probably half of the CIC office staff is on vacations right now.

I have got my eca online copy today where I found WES mentioned degree awarded year different from my transcript issuing date, i.e., I have completed my MBA 2006 Fall and my transcript had been issued on 2007 February which had been mentioned in my previous immigration application file. Should I maintain WES year 2006 or previous record which is 2007, though both can be considered as correct.

Well if you completed your MBA in 2006 and degree was awarded in 2007 so your completion date is 2006 not 2007

I am also 7 May applicant, didnt got any PER. DD got charged on 23 rd June. So worried, daily checking my ECAS but no update yet.
