See I ll tell you the case...M currently working as a sole HR handling a centre of 200 people. handling everything from joining to exit of my centre...basically the role is of a manager only as another HR of another centre is designated as HR Manager. so if u see the roles we both are managing a centre independently but she is a manager as she is more experienced and m an executive as I hv less number of yrs of exp..

Dear Preeti, I'll explain why I said I don't think you fit in that NOC. Your current title is HR Executive which is typical of a person with 2 years of work experience in India. Even if you show yourself as a HR Manager (which will be falsifying anyways) it will definitely arouse suspicion because CIO or any one for that matter knows that to be a HR Manager it takes slightly more years of experience under the belt. You agree, right?

By now CIC is VERY familiar with how things work in India as Indians make up a good proportion of the FSW pool.

I believe you should have shared complete facts with forum members in the first place telling about your current title. Giving partial information to mislead folks will of course result in many saying that 1 year of experience is required in that role. They are not incorrect either! My point is, that role is quite senior than your current role so you clearly don't have 1 year in that position. Just merely because you do some of the roles of HR does not qualify you for NOC 0112. Trust that clarifies!

hi all did anyone receive PER for noc 1112, 7th may appl. i'm still waiting nothing yet.... :-[

Someone please write a lie that he received PER... Being an optimistic I am now thinking that CIC is going to skip the PER process... Lets wait for AOR now :'(

The bottom line is if your duties match the NOC description then you will get the necessary credit. Be honest with yourself and evaluate whether your duties match, and go from there.

Please feel free to correct me, in case I may have been wrong! But if you only need the sugar-coated answer I sure won't be the one providing that. You can rely for an honest opinion though! ???

Pardon me if this sounds like a foolish question, am now in the final hours of putting my documents together . i just received my WES evaluation report, i have a letter and 2 evaluation reports, please kindly let me know which one i should include in my application. Thank for helping.

Retain the cover letter for your own record.

Include one of the two original ECA reports with your application, along with copies of proof of education.

Just one tip: ensure that your lead statements contents sentences like this: represent management and participate actively on various joint committees to maintain ongoing relations between management and employees.

As future Canadian has already said, if your responsibilities do match truthfully with that on the NOC specific website go for it.

And Job Title doesn't matter after all if your duties are matching, at least this has been discussed and agreed upon a thousand times on this forum.

Have you tried posting this question in FSW 2013? Apparently they should be able to tell from experience!

As you had mentioned in one of your posts that FSW2014 is different from FSW2013 in terms of time-lines mainly due to a cap of 1000, it would not be a correct assessment since last year even if someone had a 3 month DD, it would have been encashed due to 300 cap.

Preeti I 100 % agree with oscar, u dont have designation of HR manager. In small organizations people do everything but CIC is smart enough to get hold of this. Even ur documents won't have HR manager designation.

If u check d other forum fr HR managers then u would see that I have already replied to aziz that a HR exec would not fit into this role. I have also mentioned yhe designations list frm CIC website on that forum but seems u hv nt gone thru tht....n HR exec is nowhere mentioned there...

Thank you everyone. now waiting for my TRF IELTS results on wednesday and hopefully thursday, this documents will be off to sydney. wish me luck . i hope i still meet the cap for NOC 1212
