Dear Seniors,

Kindly I send an email to noc-cnp@workingincanada.gc.ca and they recommend NOC 2171 to the following duties...Although I thought 2173 is more close...please advise urgently:

- About 5 years as a Technical Team Leader .
- He has demonstrated outstanding programming skills in the project.


His responsibilities have included:

• Demonstrates professional knowledge of Dot Net framework 3.5, C#3, ASP.NET, AJAX, jQuery , Java Script and XML.

• Building reports using Crystal report and Crystal report server.
• Understands the benefits of various programming languages and Creates XML Schemas.
• Creates efficient and logical databases using SQL server 2008.
• Perform analysis, requirements gathering and gab analysis and convert it to analysis and design documentation supported with UML diagrams.
• Designs and codes superior technical solutions and applying design patterns.
• Recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions
• Consistently delivers high-quality modules.
• Understands the benefits of the various design methodologies and object oriented.
• Leading a team assign tasks to each member and follow up tasks with them
• Generates enthusiasm among team members.
• Proactively seeks opportunities to serve in leadership roles.
• Challenges others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and Facilitates effective team interaction.
• Acknowledges and appreciates each team member’s contribution.
• Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
• Deploy and Configure the solutions at test server as well as the production servers and monitor the performance.
• Draft specification documents, user training manual an presentations, test case manual, technical documentation and

Both ways are good .. either on company letter head or normal white paper attached with business card..

Can any one please confirm reference letter from my previous company manager shoud be on company letter head or normal white paper attached with business card.

There are 16 applicants whose ECAS status is in process, but have not moved to section D, are still in section C. Kindly update the spreadsheet.
Kindly add your payment encashment details.

Both ways are good .. either on company letter head or normal white paper attached with business card..

Though we have seen positive responses from CIC for reference letters on normal white paper with business card, but, not ll can go away with using this as an alternate.

This should be the last alternative....

Letter head is mandatory..... No where in document checklist or application guide CIC has mentioned about accepting reference letters on plain a4 paper. It is on the discretion of visa officer to accept or reject it. So my advice is to avoid any kind of risk that may result in app rejection.

There are still some May 1st and 2nd candidates in SS from whom we haven't heard any news neither regarding their fee encash nor app return. Can we move their etries to InActive status?

Can you elaborate on this that how many applications have been accepted even after providing reference letter on A4 sheet from a senior as their company was unwilling to provide it on letterhead.

In case if it is not possible for you to get company letter head then go for plain A4 size paper with you immediate manager signature along with business card..

I am also facing same issue both my previous and present companies are rejecting to give reference letters rather they are ready to issue only experience letter.

i have only heard from Oscar about CC charge with ref letter on plain paper.

In case if it is not possible for you to get company letter head then go for plain A4 size paper with you immediate manager signature along with business card..

In case you choose this option it will be better to send supportind documents:
1. Offer letter
2. Experience letter/Service ceritificate
3. ITRs if possible
4. Pay stubs if possibe

I have seen many candidates from 2011 and 2013 who had opted plain paper option and they were successful.. So no worries..

Yes ...., did they gave you chalan for 500 for a copy? if yes, then i think they have raised the amount

Yes, they gave me a challan for 500. I paid the amount, but i did not get the finger print yet. Will they give the fingerprint in a sealed envelope by signing across the envelope? Because when I asked SCRB, they said they will just get the finger print on fd-258 card and will provide the SCRB seal on the card.

Hi All,

I'm yet to send my application to CIC (NOC 2171), Myself will be principal applicant and my wife will be dependent, she has done Bachelors in pharmacy.

1) Let's Suppose i get PR (Highly optimist ), Can she will also get PR with me?
2) Do i have to follow the same process for her too, like geting her ECA, IELTS etc?
3) or Simply i will add her as dependent and apply, without having her ECA, ILETS?

I'm really confused. Please Help.
