NOC 2174 ... App reached : May 7th TIme 1.57 PM Mike

Payment Mode : DD ( Encashed on July 8th).
Online status : In process ( verified with last year UCI) : ECAS status updated on July 10th.

3. Now you will redirected to another page, where you will find all your current entry in a from. For change or add entry in future either bookmark the page or copy and save the address from the address bar.

I am sorry for our forum friend's file being returned even after charge.

So, CIC only sends PER email to applicants, but NER is only informed along with the returned file (not by email), am I right?

Yes, anybody over 18, need to send PCC. However, you can send it later on, when VO will ask for it.

I heard it take around 22 days to get PCC from FBI. If it is true, you should be fine. How many days VO has given to provide PCC?

It should have been good in normal case. However, my wife's fingerprints were rejected. We have to begin from scratch again now. Cpc-ottawa gave 60 days. 25 days are over. I dont know if we can make it now.

What I have in the VISA process that is also posted on page 1817 is as below (I have also shared this time and again in the forum):
If your eligibility review is unsuccessful you will receive an email stating the reasons and your entire application will be returned to you. Since CIO has already taken payment by this point they will initiate a refund of your fees, which will likely take several months to get to you. Please note this is the last point at which you will receive a refund if your application is unsuccessful.

My friend whose application reached on 9th may told me that his CC was charged one month back on 16th june. But how can it be possible that few persons are being charged so early and some now ?

No his Ecas status vanished. No NER email was received. NER letter was received along with his application.

No that is not possible as they just started charging 9th may applicants from yesterday or today. Check again with him he must be 7th may application not 9th may.
