Yes ma'am, you seem to be missing quite a lot if you have taken his time stamp date as his submission date! Timestamp changes whenever any change is last made to the entry. However please look out for column D, Application received date

No, it's not in time-stamp. It is in profile information, the one which is displayed below user name in forum. But not to worry, it's June 2013. Maybe s/he applied last year, reapplied this year and haven't changed profile information yet.

Hi Guys,

I am really getting nervous about my ECA report from WES. My documents reached WES on June 17 and they confirmed the same by mail on June 19th stating that my assessment will be over by July 17. I heard lot of people getting their ECA report much before their date of completion suggested by WES. I am almost reaching their committed date of July 17 and yet no change even in the status. Status still showing "Evaluation in Progress". I am bit puzzled with this...

Any pointers?
Can it get delayed than their committed date?
Any way to make them expedite the process?
Any way to contact them by phone? their email replies are irritating..

One more question, I got my DD from local bank through my friend as you need to have foreign currency account in order to get DD. I am the applicant. Who will be payer? Should I leave it blank or write my friends name. Bank mentioned funding account number (my friend account). Other than that, It does not have my friend name.

today CIC announced as they will make processing speed fast in the Express entry -Jan2015.

Does it mean current processing speed is slow? If it is the case, express entry people will get visa much faster than FSW-2014
