I haven't written my name in native language in application form because my name in my passport is in English and my birth certificate is translated in English so I thought it would be fine. Would this hurt? NO so many person got cc or dd charged with this issue so no worries...

Also, I have entered my spouse's name as Applicant (and also her family details) in Additional Family Info form which I filled for my spouse. Other one was for myself where I've put my own name in Applicant section (and my family details), is this correct way of doing it?correct ...

Please advise.

My wife has SSC Certificate as a birth poof and it contains her Full name, DOB, mother's name, Father's name. But her Father's name is in short like " R. K. Sharma". instead of " Ram Kishan Sharma". Will this be ok?

Or Do We need AFFIDAVIT as well?

I would like to know if its ok to have the name change gazette document's heading in marathi.
The change in name and other details are in english.

The gazette is issued on a letter head in marathi.
do i need to get the document translated by an accredited translator.

pls help
