I have sent my FSW application on 3rd july , 2014.
I checked my FedEx tracking number , it shows the package is delievered on Wed 09/07/2014 , SYDNEY CA, Signed for by: D.MACURAY

Now will it take approx some 3 months for any update ???

Shall I leave the blocks in the form which gets grey as it is or shall I write N/A?

Because in application guide it is clearly mentioned that not leave any question unanswered...

Are you sure your friend's packet was returned because of this reason?
Could you please reconfirm. If your friends ielts is according to you have mentioned,
then he should get 21 points as already clarified by seniors too.

Do we need to send spouse's certificates? Or just principal applicants certificates with ECA?

Principal Applicants Certificates (copies) is okay. Don't send your spouse's certificate

According to CIC update of complete applications received dated 7 July, 2014, Total received toward the overall cap: 505 of 25,000.
This data is with footnote of 4 May, 2014.

I was wondering that this number of 505 is COMPLETE APPLICATIONS received in 4 days of opening of FSWP2014. So, 505/4 = 126.25 applications per day. So, by very naive calculations 25000/126.25 = 197.62 days in total will be required to FILL the quota. This means 6.58 months and date comes to be 15 Dec, 2014.

What do the senior members think of it?????????????????????????????????

Please let me know if there are any chances of rejection before PER?
I am hoping that PER would be received in 1 month.
What is PER stands for ?

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw my CC got charged by CIC, they charged it today few minutes ago. I am 2173 applicant and my file reached on 8th May at 1:05 PM. Wait for PER starts now. Best of luck everyone

Please friends I need an urgent response.

My Sister in Law is considering applying under NOC 0113. She has worked as an Inventory Officer for 6 months in Company A and has worked again as an Inventory Officer in Company B for 4 months till date. The next available IELTS test date in our country is Sept 6 (results will take 15 days) and even if she submits an application to WES for ECA today, she wont get her ECA till maybe September. Therefore we have targeted end of September for an submission of application to CIC. We want to risk it this late because her NOC is not hot.

My question is: by September she will have 1 year work experience for this NOC 0113 and she can get her reference letters from both companies. Is this okay for the application or must she have worked in one company for 1 year at least before she can be found eligible?
