As I thought, my application has been returned. It reached me July 1st. I'm a May 6 applicant.
Reasons: Not enough work experience evidence and forgot form 5406 for my spouse (doh!).

If I had missed only the second one, I'd hang myself in hate. At least it had two reasons.
I can't edit the entry for "returned", so please admins update it with the reason.
I will then do the entry again with my new status, since I've sent it back today.
Wrote 2 letters stating why I could not provide enough work experience evidence from the company's HR and made a reference letter then asked my manager to sign it, which he did.
It will reach them by July 9. NOC 2281. I hope I'm still on cap even though it's a 2 month delay.

Here we go again... not anxious anymore since it will be a looooong wait now. Oh well, back of the line. :(

If I have had different positions in the same company, like, Consultant Developer -> Java Developer -> Development Lead over the years.
The job duties changed from Senior->Lead but Consultant->Developer was only a reworking of designation within the company. I have letter stating this designation change as internal reorganization.

Do I mention these as 3 different entries in Q12 - Your Work Experience of Schedule 3 Economic Classes Form?
And
Do I mention these as 3 different entries in Q8 - Personal History of Schedule A Background Declaration Form?

I believe you should indicating the NOC # for each of them and the period for each position

Achiever 99 in the sheet it is showing as DD. But your saying as CC charged. Kindly let us know the exact thing. Your 100% sure. We are on the same boat. we will also start checking with bank if you're sure

It should if your debit card is Visa or Mastercard which is acceptable worldwide

Brazil.
A lot of brazilians got their applications returned due to little mistakes or lack of documents, most of us already re-sent the applications, all of us sent by day 1, but now it's complete question mark if we'll be within the cap or not... can't lose hope now, but I'll try to leave it be and forget it until I receive the CC SMS. :)

Sorry to hear the return of app....but in the first attempt did u send the job duties without the managers sign on a plain paper..? or where the job duties not enough..? what's the exact reason...

Do I stand any chance for NOC 2171 this year or should I forget about it? Would the cap have reached by the time my application is picked up for completion check?
My application reached CIC for NOC 2171 on July 03, 2014.
