Hello Seniors

My cousin in a Clerk in a Government bank in India and this year he might also get promoted to Probationary officer.

He is working as a Clerk for last 4 years and from Engineering perspective he has done engineering in Computers.

Could he be eligible under any open category with any NOC matching with responsibilities of Banking Clerk/Officer.

Anyone care to comment of the fact that no 1112 May 7 applicants with DD have been processed yet?

I have a query related to the job refrence letter, my previous employers have shared soft copy of the refrence letter (on the company letterheard with all the nacessary details) with me.

If i take prinout of the soft copy (which have been shared by my employers with me) and submit with my application, is it acceptable?

or do i need hard copy of it?

Personal Details:14) Details of previous marriage - New form is asking date of birth for previous wife.. Is it necessary..? I don't remember and dont want to ask her now.. ???

It is hard to comment without knowing his job details. If his roles description falls under "NOC 1434 Banking, insurance and other financial clerks", he is not eligible in this year under this program.

If you select Citizen/Permanent Resident/, it will be shaded out.

If you select other option, like visitor, you can give the validity period of visa i.e. the end date of the expiry of the status.

Only hard copy in company's letter head paper.

You DD is issued from HDFC BANK.. I Dont think they mentioned Validity date (as per your belief - 30 July) or Validity Period (as per your belief - 3 moths) on your DD. Soo many forumites have DD from HDFC Bank.. why do you think you are given a "Privilege" treatment (DD) ?

It seems you getting 'garam'** unnecessarily.. all International DD's (incl. HDFC Bank or any other bank from India) is good for 6 months

I am not satisfied by answer.
As I said looking at CIC speed, I dont think my DD will make before 30July.
Let me rephrase, What happens when CIC processess an application and found the DD is expired.

As I said I am 9th May applicant and CIC processiing 7th May which may take another 10 working days. SO by the time my chance comes, it may pass 30 July.

Well everyone care here otherwise this forum wouldn't have been alive.

No one updated about DD charged for 1112 on 7th May app. Since most of the DD applicants get PER then they understand that their DD was charged. But when - not sure.

Can one apply under 1212 NOC if Education Background is Engineering in Computers

For some countries where its hard to understand English for general public (for example China) , then they look for native language.

In India, English is okay for all as second language.
