FSW 2014 Applicants Timeline- Lets Network Here.

My guess is May 7th applications will go on this entire week and partially next week, if not complete next week as well. And then there are another 209 applications from the FSW 2014 spreadsheet until May 13th, i.e. before they can start on your application so it might take another 16 work days to finish that (considering 137 applications of May 7th took about 10 work days or so). This is just a very high level guess and can be somewhat off for sure. Your application will come around another 3 plus 5 plus 16 days from now i.e. 24 work days from today. This is like a little over a month from now, and you have already waited like over a month from May 14th...so as your consultant said in about 2 months plus you will get to know the update on your case!!! Sorry if that sounds long, but seems realistic to me!

PS - A BIG assumption in this estimation is that the # of checkers that are working on the applications till now will not change i.e. they will not increase the # of checkers basis the deluge of applications received (and the work load of the checkers remains constant over this entire time period)

Thanks Oscar7 for such a thoughtfully and logically written detailed response ;D ;D ;D I had scored 7.5 in Listening/Speaking and 7.0 in Reading/Writing = so i am not sure how much total points i will get for them, also i have 5.5 years of american work experience, american bachelors (cmp sc) and american mba, so i am just worried if i will make it to the 67 points or not as per CIC. I believe i will but nothing is certain until we hear from CIC and get the UCI number.

I have a feeling that this number might reflect applications received until May 07/14 because none of the other applicants have received a response from CIO.

Again, I am just guessing. I can be wrong about this one.

As I understand, that scheme is not active for the time being.. Further, i received my report on 20-Jun which was promised on 8-Jul earlier.. They received documents on 3-Jun.. I have seen similar cases with many other people in this forum. You can safely assume that it will be ready within 2-3 weeks.

My WES report is taking 4 weeks as per the email from them. Could you please tell me if there is a procedure to fasten the processing of my report ? I saw somewhere that they ask for some extra money to prioritize our report. Kindly suggest.

I think the latest cap updates was up to May 5 only. It is because based on the SS, no May 6 applicants got their PER. Am i right?
