Hi,

I did IELTS in June 9 2012, So that was expired on 9th June 2014, Can i use that IELTS score card, Here CiC wrote that expired IELTS also accepted.

No , this won't work like this , Your IELTS result card must be valid till the time your application reaches, however if it expires during the processing of application then no issue.

Please help the source where did you found this CIC accepts expired result ??

MY CATEGORY IS 1123 AND I AM GETTING MY BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN THIS YEAR AUGUST 2014.

HOW CAN I SHOW MY EXPERIENCE IN THE PARTICULAR OCCUPATION??

AS I HAVE READ THAT IT REQUIRES ONE YEARS FULL TIME EXPERIENCE.

CAN IT BE LIKE 6 MONTHS BEFORE THE DEGREE AND 6 MONTHS AFTER RECEIVING MY DEGREE I PERFORMED JOB IN THAT FIELD.


PLEASE HELP ME WITH THAT SO I CAN START MY PROCESS FOR IMMIGRATION..

I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE FOR THE BEST SUGGESTION.

With regard to Proof of Relation I had submitted birth certificate of myself & my brother. But my father's name spells 'Sreenivasan' in my brother's certificate & 'Srinivasan' in mine. Hence i also attached marriage certificate copy & passport copy of both myself & my brother where it spells right. In my brother's old passport & my passport the permanent address is same & also in his marriage certificate the permanent address is same.

I didn't enclose any extra affidavit for this matter as i thought these things will be sufficient. But after going through the forum discussions i am bit concerned. Was i right in doing what i did or Huh?
