As per instructions, keep the barcodes as the first page of you document set.

Doesn't matter if you keep it first or in same sequence.

They might be just confusing you to gain more tome.. its a typical strategy followed by Courier agencies to hide their inefficiency.

Yes , sure luck was right ! No need to panic. DHL updated their site only today and package received since June 13 1245pm by David. It took DHL 6 days to update their site for tracking ! Uh oh, Friday the 13th receiving date hopefully brings good luck !!!! Edited spreadsheet already ..

NOT SUGGESTED to do so...since this form contains barcode which is decoded later by CIC to get he information...
