Is your university an autonomous university per the WES list? If it is not, then only two people in the university can attest:
1. Registrar of the University, or
2. Controller of Examinations of the university.

Actually, I asked these questions because they strongly recommended not to keep blank any question.

So, I am confused about it

1. If your pension is completely yours no strings attached and you can convert it to cash (if you want) when you leave your job, then yes.

2. Your son is over age 22? I'd say show any documents showing you are paying his tuition, living expenses, etc.

He lives at home and he accessed a student loan which I had to sign guarantee documents. Could I have a letter notarized that he lives with me and I am responsible for his day to expenses until he finishes college?

I had the transcripts from last year from Controller of Examination , Can I send it to WES without the Academic Request form as It has already been submitted with my previous documents.

Hi everyone,

I have 2 questions I need some urgent help with. Trying to complete my application to send off within a week. They are:

- can I use my pension to support proof of funds. It is due to me when I leave my job.
- for my son who is presently in college, what type of document do I need to show as 'proof of full financial support by parents since reaching age 22'.

By pension, did u mean gratuity? I guess u can use gratuity since that is a lump sum due to u wen u quit. Pension is paid monthly and may not suffice as support for POF. I believe that if u attach an official statement showing the gratuity due u upon separation from ur current job it shd suffice. I attached the same to my application.

I don't know d solution to ur 2nd question, my daughter is yet to be in college.lol. I guess others would provide responses.

I think that would work and also provide proof of ongoing full time study, like current registration documents at the university.

we're on NOC 2132 together. However our NOC is one of the hottest. It got filled in 2013 pretty fast with many applications returned (including mine ) Just wanna ask u to make haste. 1000 appears a huge number but wt the no of pple showing interests in d hot NOC's, some may be getting filled b4 d end of June possibly.
