The answer to this will most likely be a perception of folks (all 3 are reliable though); if you really wanna dig this please analyze the data in the FSW 2014 spread sheet and pay more attention to couriers from your current location to Sydney, NS for people who have used it this year. Hope that works! Good luck!

I agree with Oscar on what he had advised you.
However if you are applying from America and ready to spend some extra money, then UPS has a Fast track delivery service. I chose FEDEX over UPS, though the latter promised to get it delivered within 36-48 hours.

What did everyone put on the generic application form for question 1 - Program Under which you are applying
and 2 Category under which you are applying.

I was thinking federal skilled worker for both but I could be wrong

sorry u cant do anything now and hope after getting PER cic will send right LVO (CPC-Ottawa) . This is purely my opinion,

Dont worry dear.. I did not put documents request form inside the sealed cover but got a message today that they have accepted the documents and status changed to "Evaluation in progress".. i think you can go ahead to save time.

Note that my packet reached to WES on 3-Jun and they mention that the report would be completed by 8-Jul.. you can imagine the lead time.. so hurry up and send the package to WES as soon as possible..
